Bluff House-Beautiful Views

The Bluff House is on the Bluff in Moclips WA with Beautiful Ocean Views. There are 2 Master Suites with their own bathrooms and an additional half bath off of the main living area. The first floor has one bedroom with a queen size bed memery foam bed  ,full bath and a private deck with ocean view, the second floor is the Living/Dining/Kitchen area with stunning ocean views and a huge deck as well as a office with a twin pull out sofa, half bath and the Washer/Dryer. The 3rd floor has 2 more bedrooms with their own Bathrooms , one has full unsurpassed ocean views,king sized memeory foam bed and a jetted jacuzzi bath tub , the other one has forest views, a king sized memeory foam bed and a huge soaker tub . Sit back and enjoy this beautiful home and view. 
There is a 3 night stay requirement in summer and holidays 
Parking is limited to 3 cars MAX 
Dogs  OK with an additional fee    
NO SMOKING  
There is not beach access from the house because it is on the bluff the drive on beach access is less than a mile away

Excellent property with amazing views. Some of the house is a little dated - pictures are fairly accurate - but this did not take away from our experience. Beach views are amazing and the house is very spacious. There are 3 levels and a lot stairs but we loved that part. The only issue we had was the water heaters were not warm right away (likely had been sitting for a bit) but after running the water a little they kicked in great. Other reviews mentioned it is on a busy road but we didn’t feel that way at all. House was quiet and nice. I think others may have set their expectations a bit too high. This place was great and would recommend it if you are traveling to Olympic National Park. Good location from the beach side of Olympic, Quinault Rain Forest, and the Hoh Rain Forest.

The house and property were very clean. Excellent views! Spacious home with plenty of sleeping space. Host was very responsive. We had an issue with the oven not working but were able to get the issue resolved very quickly. Parking was the only negative. Would definitely stay again.

The bedrooms were great. The stairs were too much for our older family members. The yard was not really dog friendly and the house is on a busy road. The stay was great. I just wish we had left the dogs at home and had been more realistic about the stairs, especially the wood stairs.

Great hub for friends

Three grown couples were able to share the space and have private space which is the best in a rental. Bathroom for each bedroom was a major plus. House is older than the photos looked but it was clean & generally well stocked!

Vacation

A fun and relaxing time for all. Enough comfortable sleeping space for us. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Thank you for the coffee bar. We could work and visit while meals were prepared. Enough tv for all to watch their movies. Enough space for puzzles, coloring, and meals. Fantastic view!

Breathtaking view of the ocean!

This is a beautiful home with all the necessities available; the bed was very comfortable as well! The host was speedy with communication and everything went very well!

Beautiful Views

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood, beautiful ocean views. Perfect spot to enjoy family and friends. Each bedroom w/ own baths made it especially nice! Could use updates to living room/dining room furniture along with refresh paint and refinish hardwood floors. Besides moths in upstair ocean view bathroom and closet the house was very clean!

Loved the MoClips Bluffhouse

We were a family of four adults and two kids under age 8. The location was perfect, for access to the beach, Seabrook, and main road for day trips to Ruby Beach and the Hoh Rainforest. The place was clean, and had all the kitchen supplies we could ever need. Great layout for multiple groups, and the view was incredible. Highly recommend - we’ll be back!!

A beautiful place with a hitch

We make an annual pilgrimage to Washington to visit our adult children for a longThanksgiving weekend. We need a place with a large well equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. As advertised, the views of the ocean were fantastic. However, the overnight temperature was below freezing most nights, and there is no heat in any of the bedrooms. (Two on the third floor and one on the first floor). The property manager got an HVAC technician to come out, but he could find no indication that there was ever any heat in the bedrooms. There were small space heaters in two of the bedrooms, but we were somewhat apprehensive about using them as a sole heat source. The kitchen could use a little refresh, but overall it was useable. Because of the lack of heat, and the close proximity to neighbors on both sides, we probably would not return, but we did enjoy ourselves.

Chris, happy to hear you enjoyed the house and the amazing view. Its very unfortunate that the furnace was not working correctly in the upper 2 bedrooms. We did our best to correct the issue. Even got a tech out there on a holiday weekend. We supplied you with space heaters when they could not correct the issue immediately. We did get the correct HVAC company that installed the system to come out and order the part needed. You will be happy to know it is working flawlessly now. Sorry to hear you wont be returning. Rick
