This charming 1950s `fish camp` home has been masterfully remodeled to offer 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a Private Pool. With custom designer touches and over 3500 square feet, this boutique vacation rental is the perfect retreat for your family.

We provide beach gear, chairs, and a wagon to make your days at the beach perfect. And after a day of sun and surf, come back to your private backyard oasis and take a dip in your sparkling pool, which even lights up at night! There`s also an outdoor shower and sink for rinsing off, a charcoal grill for preparing BBQ dishes, and plenty of space for the kids to play poolside while dining alfresco under the island night sky.

Inside, you`ll find 2 spacious living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 master suites with private bathrooms. The colorful and whimsical atmosphere will make you feel right at home. Each of the 4 bedrooms is outfitted with a comfortable king-size bed, while the 5th bedroom is perfect for kids with full-over-full bunk beds. No need to fight over who gets the bigger bed or navigate stairs, as all bedrooms are located on the main living floor.

The primary living room features a new 65` LED smart TV and 2 plush sofas, perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals for your family and friends. The dining area has a table that seats 10, making it the perfect spot for meals and quality time together. Both King beds in the back of the home have balconies overlooking the Private Pool, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and a good book.

Upstairs, the top floor offers even more fun for the whole family. Play pool, ping pong, or board games while watching your favorite sports game on the two 55` smart TVs. SNOWBIRD RATES:

NOTICE: Exterior Ring cameras monitor the exterior of the home. Footage is private & may be used for liability reasons & to monitor occupancy & other house policies. It in NO way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in the public areas outside of the home. To disable or obscure cameras is prohibited.

HOUSE RULES:
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members.
● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. Must sign rental agreement.
● No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American`s with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone.
● No smoking. No parties.
● Note: Pool is only heated during the colder winter months at an extra fee of $25/per day.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $175 `damage/management fee` that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE:
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! We have partnered with Andrea’s Precise Cleaning, another local based small business to guarantee our guests have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats and makeup towels! We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, there is 1 round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. We also provide full coffee bar supplies and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. These stocked amenities are intended to get our guests through the first night. We are not a hotel, so we do not provide housekeeping or amenity restocking unless there is an immediate need. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

-Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 staying at the property must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Age verification is required to book the property.

-No pets are welcome in this home. No other service animals are allowed without prior approval from the Host. Discovery of pets at property will be grounds for forfeit of security deposit.

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- All guests shall abide by the community good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

- No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere inside of the premises. Smoking will be grounds for forfeit of security deposit.

-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. No large gatherings or parties allowed. Any parties will be grounds for immediate cancellation and eviction from the house, and no refund.
