The Space:

Coastal fun and beach adventures are just waiting to be had at this wonderful home away from home, so pack up the whole gang and indulge in that long-awaited family vacation to Gulf Shores! Boasting bright blue accents, fun nautical decor, and an open layout, there will be no delay in slipping into vacation mode. Step out to the private balcony and you will be able to soak up the salty air as you look out to the shared pool with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine in hand. If you need to cool off, take a dip in the refreshing water right below home base or access Little Lagoon just steps away. The fully equipped cook's kitchen will be the hub for cooking meals, mixing drinks, or family-favorite recipes as the group kicks back on the plush sofas for a movie, puzzle, or game night. Games on sight!



The bunk room is stocked with books and has a TV for movie time. Each end of the hallway features a full bath and a bedroom boasting a king bed.



Near the heart of Gulf Shores, you and your guests can be out on the sand or exploring the various shops and restaurants. Gulf Shores Public Beach can be the hub for everything from a day of tanning to the kiddos building sandcastles. Explore beautiful Little Lagoon via walking trails for fishing or boating. For a day of family fun away from the sand, don't hesitate to check out Waterville USA/Escape House or Gulf State Park!

The location was immaculate upon arrival. The host was very responsive. Unfortunately, there was a group of people in a neighboring house that was very loud into at all hours. This is obviously beyond the control of vacasa, but worth mentioning for anyone preferring a quiet stay.

BEAUTIFUL views and condo. This was a quick stay for our family during a volleyball tournament in Foley, and it was perfect. Highly recommend this condo. We had everything we needed and more! We will be staying again soon!

Great Experience!

This was a great stay for our family. Clean, safe, easy to access. Only issue was the pool wasn’t clean and was closed for half a day. Also needed more towels available. Highly recommend!

The house was great.

The only problem was the dishwasher was broken and after reporting it, it was never fixed during our stay. It took alittle time to hand wash dishes for a family of 12

Long Weekend Birthday Getaway

The property was beautiful and very clean. We all really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again. There was only one issue, the toilet overflowed on the last night. We called it in and was advised that they were sending someone over but when we returned it didn’t look like anyone had come, as things were still as we had left them. Of course, we refrained from using that bathroom. Other than that, the place was great and very well stocked.

Perfect Property

This condo is excellent. Very clean and well appointed. Main floor is all kitchen and living space with a bathroom and laundry. Upstairs has all four bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. The best part of the place is the balcony overlooking the pool area. We ate every meal outside and you can easily watch your group in the pool from the balcony. The location is perfect as well. Less than a five minute walk to the beach in either direction. A few sand toys, umbrellas, chairs, and a wagon are available for use at the condo as well which was so handy. Lastly, the West Side Cottages complex is far enough west on 182/Beach Blvd that you feel removed enough from the busier traffic and congestion in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach but it's all still easily accessible. When you factor in location, cleanliness, size, and pool/beach access, there aren't many options in Gulf Shores that can offer a better total package than this property.

Beautiful New House

This home is beautfiul! We stayed in this home with two families and there was plenty room for all of us. It was very close to the beach and it was great having the pool right in our backyard. The pool is not headed so be prepared for cold water if you are not visiting in the hot season. There is a shed on this property that has a wagon, beach chairs, sand toys and corn hole boards and bags. Also had a Kayak in there along a couple small childrens life jackets and of course, the grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty to cook with. There was a couple dish towels too. The bathrooms all have towels and wash cloths. But, no blow dryers. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and all the beds are super comfortable. We would highly recommend this home for your next vacation! home there is not a blow dry in the bathrooms but, there is enough towels for everyone.
