Welcome to Sonoran Sun Spot, your perfect retreat in beautiful Glendale, Arizona. This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a cozy and relaxing getaway.

The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the open and airy living room, beautifully furnished with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Down the hallway, you'll find three comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, each designed to help you relax and unwind. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids, with a unique and fun bunk bed that includes a full-size bed on the top bunk and two twin-size beds on the bottom bunk.

Spring Training Home Base

This was a great home base for our spring training game at Camelback Stadium. It was exactly as described in the listing and provided plenty of room for two couples. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great location, great communication and great for young kids as well.

Great location in safe quiet neighborhood

We went for 10 days of Spring Training Baseball. House was very comfortable for four adults. The house would have accommodated more for sure. The backyard is set up for kids with swing set and games. Nice screened patio facing west so it is cool in the evening

Had a good time at the house. I traveled down for a baseball tournament with several players. House was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping.

Golf, sunshine, family and friends

We were here to celebrate my friends son‘s graduation from Midwestern University. The location was ideal. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Not too far outside of Phoenix. Took a trip up to Sedona and Flagstaff. Played some golf. The house was open and airy and just what we needed. It was clean, and in a quiet neighborhood, we will definitely stay there again if we go back to visit

Baseball Tournament

Stayed here for the Halloween baseball tournament in town. Great stay, home was clean and had more than enough space for our family of 5. Backyard play area was a big hit with the kids. The host left a nice welcome note on arrival wishing us luck in our games. This was a thoughtful touch that my kids loved. When we come back next year we will stay again!

Move in help

The house worked perfectly for us. We were babysitting our 2 - 18 month old grand babies while our daughter moved. The house had a swing set and a playhouse which the kids loved!! The kitchen was stocked well and met all our needs. Thank you Brian!!!

Overall a good place to stay

This property has all the things for toddlers. The backyard was awesome! There is not a hot tub as advertised in the listing and that is why we chose it. When I told the owner we had another daughter who could come at the last minute and we would just put her on an air mattress in the living room, I was pleasantly surprised to see he had one ready to go when we got there. It has bedding on it already and it was a nice one. All the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for entertaining a large family. I would have given this a 5 star review if it weren’t for the fact that he asks in the booklet not to wear shoes in the house and before we had even cooked in the kitchen my feet were really dirty from the floors not being mopped well. And the kitchen counters were dirty around the appliances. This was stuff that I cleaned myself so it was not a deal breaker. Oh the drains are a little slow to drain as well. The location is right near the arrowhead mall and we all enjoyed shopping that we don’t normally have in a small town.
