Newly built, single level home sleeps 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 fold out single beds in the living room. Thoughtfully designed and styled to be both beautiful and accommodating. Special features: Spa, outdoor eating area, outdoor and indoor fireplaces, and sunsets over a distant ocean view.
Located 8 miles north of Gold Beach and 5 minute drive to the beach.

The Getaway Gem is tucked away on its own private lot in a quiet hillside neighborhood. The home is surrounded by lovely landscaping, bamboo, tall evergreen trees and covered decks!

The Home
Newly built single level custom home with hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, new high end appliances, and high ceilings. Three steps up to the deck and front door.

Living Room
Front door enters into a cozy and inviting living room with vaulted ceilings, large plush couch, two swivel arm chairs to view the ocean, pellet wood stove, large smart TV with Roku, and two ottomans that convert into single sized beds (linens provided).

Custom Kitchen
For the joy of cooking! Centrally located and spacious with custom cabinets and counter tops, stainless steel sink, filtered water dispenser, large refrigerator with freezer, glass stove top, oven, microwave, drip and Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, cookware and dining ware. Two bar stools for seating at counter. Easy access to back patio with BBQ and picnic table.

Dinning Room
Surrounded by windows looking out to lush bamboo landscaping. Unique round dinning table seats 6. Bay window with cushion seat. Glassware bar. Located directly off of the kitchen. Glass sliding door leads out to back patio.

The Master King Bedroom with En suite Bathroom
Spacious master bedroom with Tempur-pedic King bed, two nightstands, two built-in bedside lamps, end of bed bench and tall closets with drawers.

En suite Full Bathroom
Private entrance off of Master King Bedroom. Heated tile floors. Large counter with sink, and mirror with built-in lights. Oversized stand up glass shower with rain shower head. Warming towel rack and toilet.

The Amber King Bedroom
King Posturepedic bed, two night stands, two built in bedside lights, faux fur end of bed bench, smart TV with Roku, closet, and dresser.

The Emerald Queen Bedroom
Queen Posturepedic bed, two night stands, two built-in bedside lights, closet with drawers, and vanity with chair and mirror.

2nd Full Bathroom
Centrally located in hall way for easy access from all areas of the house. Heated tile floors, counter with sink, mirror with built-in lights, bathtub, shower with rain shower head, heated towel rack, and toilet

Half Bath
Small bathroom with toilet at very end of hallway.

Mud Room
Located at end of hallway. Perfect place to keep your boots, coats and toys with a built in bench, hooks, utility sink, and counter.

Laundry
Located in closet at end of hall. Double stack washer and dryer.

Back Patio and Yard
Private and Quiet. Wonderful space for family and friends to gather, play, eat and relax together. Large paved patio with outdoor lighting, Spa, BBQ, picnic table, and covered deck bench. Lower spacious yard. Easy access into the house and kitchen areas.

Front Porch
Large covered front porch with a fantastic distant ocean view you can enjoy from the outdoor seating and table or over the outdoor gas fireplace.

Parking
4 vehicle limit. No garage parking. Trailers and pull behinds must get prior approval to make sure the space will accommodate them. No hook ups for RV's and guests are not allowed to sleep in RV's at night.

Location & Neighborhood
Located about 8 miles north of Gold Beach in the Nesika Beach Area. House is located in a quiet hillside neighborhood overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Just a 5 minute drive to the beach. Neighborhood is extremely quiet. Please be respectful of neighbors during your stay.

WIFI, INTERNET and UTILITIES
We carry Charter internet, which we think is the best provider in the area. Be aware that because we are located on the coast and because of coastal weather the internet and utilities are sometimes not consistent and are subject to outages. Such outages are outside of the Host and Homeowners control and are not responsible for any loss off service during such outages.

NO PETS with the exception of service animals.
Pets must have prior approval and guests must follow additional pet rules.
1. Pets must not be aggressive in any way.
2. Pets may not be left alone at house.
3. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture.
4. Guests must pick up any pet messes outside before check out.
6. Pets must be secured at all times.
