Not great. Inexpensive place to crash with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. It is not well-kept, but clean enough if you are seeing the sights and just sleeping there. Don't plan on cooking, as there are only 2 pots: an oversized stock pot and a very small pan. Exactly 6 forks and 6 spoons, so we had to do dishes after every meal.

Definitely not what i was expecting. The carpet was stained and filthy throughout the house. The kitchen blinds looked as if they had been through a hurricane. We were there for two nights. When we got there we were greeted by many small flies in the kitchen, dining room and family room. From the pictures we were excited about using the fire pit in the back yard at night but everything was muddied, maybe not the owners fault but the lack of a heads up about the usefullness would have been appreciated.

Great Place with perfect central location

The house was exactly what we wanted. Perfect location for us since we wanted to visit multiple places while we were in Savannah. Highly recommend!

Avoid Vacasa rentals!

The a/c was out for two of our three nights. I called repeatedly but it was never fixed. At 9pm the night before checkout they came and put fans in the window, drawing in the humid 79° Georgia air from outside. Our group ended up just leaving and sleeping in the airport because we couldn't get any sleep the night before either. I have called over a dozen times to customer service and the property manager with no communication back (all outgoing calls, no incoming). Besides our terribly uncomfortable stay, the wifi was so slow it was unusable I could not load the internet on a phone or laptop it was so bad. Also the "fifth bed" was a folding ottoman that, when unfolded, was still dirty and had some questionable stains. Dealing with Vacasa has been a terrible experience and I am still dealing with it. Overall, our trip was ruined and no one on the vacasa team seems to care.

Stay in Savannah

The house is OK. It has all you need to have a comfortable stay. The house needs renovation, the kitchen and other things look pretty outdated. The neighborhood is OK, but a bit far from downtown. Beware that the checkout is at 10:00 am. They will try to sell you more time which is not good.

Price matches below average vacation rental

Clean but nothing has been updated. Overall this was a below average rental. May e I am used to vaca rentals kicking it up a notch and am now spoiled, but the overall impression was below average. Chair and lamp broken. Tv cords not secure. All needs a new coat of paint and updating.

Lovely home

The home was charming in a quiet area. We appreciated that it was close to anything we needed. The only issues we had were no iron anywhere in the home and the toilet in the master bathroom needs a new toilet seat. We came down for a spring break getaway and we will be sure to use the home again in the near future for another family outing.
