A fantastic chalet! You go to Zermatt for the mountains and skiing and this location is great for both. Matterhorn views from all balconies and front windows, as well as the heated pool. Skiing accessible via all 3 town lifts/train but is an uphill walk back home. The unit was well furnished, and seating for dining and relaxing was good for our group of 8 adults. Kitchen very well stocked to prepare some meals in house, but dining out in Zermatt is amazing. Hosts were readily accessible and very helpful before and during our trip. In particular great help getting luggage in and out for our stay, and arranging taxis from and to Bahnhof. Other items were the sauna inside near the pool, and the fireplace/woodstove in unit, both of which got plenty of use. Lastly make sure to get a brief tour of the fantastic wine cellar and sample some of the fine wines! We would definitely consider returning to Zermatt and Chalet Nepomuk!!

Would stay here again!

Nicole was great to communicate with and was very accommodating; from booking taxis, to helping us with luggage. The view from the chalet is stunning and we all loved our stay!

Amazing

Nicole was an absolutely incredible host. I would stay here again and again. She was wonderful. The place was immaculate and better than even the already amazing photos. The kids had fun in the pool! And the views were stunning. Our family of 7 stayed easily. And so fun having cows in the field next to us our last night.

Spring Break Ski Trip

The property was amazing. Nicole is an amazing host. Her breakfast baskets were perfect. The views of the Matterhorn were second to none. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic stay!

Nicole was such an amazing host - so accommodating, helpful and easy to communicate with. She made our stay so welcoming and special - from help with transport to all the generous welcome gifts. The condo itself was so spacious and efficient for our group of 7. Incredibly clean to boot. And the views of the Matterhorn from the living room are stunning. Highly recommend!

Chalet is beautiful Nicole was available and always responsive Views from chalet are breathtaking Very warm outdoor pool and sauna are definitely amazing with an unbelievable view of Matterhorn Great exercise walking up from town and Nicole took care of baggage from the base of hill where taxi dropped us off. A spectacular week!

Perfection in Zermatt

We (three couples) have just returned from a perfect stay at Chalet Nepomuk in Zermatt. Nicole could not have been a lovelier host - sorting out breakfast and groceries, showing us the incredible wine cave in the chalet (with many choices!), organising taxis to and from the train station and ensuring we had a completely relaxed and easy stay. The chalet itself is comfortable and well appointed - we cooked dinner in several nights. And the sauna and hot tub overlooking the Matterhorn is welcome after long days of skiing. We are all resolved to return as could not have had a more relaxed and 5-star chalet experience. Thanks, Nicole!

Amazing

Nicole was great she called us each day to see if we needed anything. She gave us all the info we needed to get around. The property was the best we’ve every stayed at in our 13 years of skiing as a group. Would highly recommend to anyone. Right on the bus route, spectacular views from every window. Heated pool outside was incredible.
