Our spacious and chic house has two adjacent units combined to create one large getaway for your whole family or group, featuring two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens all in one great space.
Enjoy the gorgeous backyard and private patio with outdoor furniture to soak up the sun and be at the beach in 20 minutes.
Plus, stay connected with high-speed internet. This is it!
The Space:
Come enjoy your beautiful home away from home. You get not one, but two unique spaces that combine to create a truly amazing listing with bonus space and thoughtful touches throughout!
The property features a main 3 bed 2 bath house plus a 1 bed 1 bath mother-in-law suite that can be opened up (or closed off for privacy) and when combined can accommodate 10+ people - perfect for a family trip or group getaway!
Tyndall Air Force Base and NSA Panama City Navy Base are only a short drive, and the space is set up perfectly for long-term stays or TDY trips. Ask us about a military discount.
The inside of the house is spacious with an open living layout and features comfy furniture and thoughtful touches of décor. 3 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms await, with desks in the master and guest bedroom. The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed and walk-in closet, and ensuite full bathroom.
The fully loaded one-bedroom guest suite has a full apartment-size kitchen and a comfortable bedroom with crisp linens and pillows, and a spacious living room with extra sleeping space on the pull-out sleeper sofa. It also features a desk for the work-from-homers and another full bathroom.
In both kitchens, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!
And each living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with family and friends.
Out back there is a privacy fenced yard, an open patio with outdoor seating, and a propane grill for BBQ'ing under the shade of a large oak tree.
Looking for a space that's ready to go with all the needed amenities? We have you covered with an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, a washer and dryer, and more.
And if you're looking to work from home, the house's internet is faster than a Florida sunburn!
The space is ideal if you are wanting a more affordable vacation close to the beach but avoid the high-traffic areas of PCB. This home is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood where you can go to get away and relax, yet close enough to hit the beaches and PCB nightlife. There are also several state parks within 30-40 minutes.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire property including the backyard, patio, and 4 parking spaces plus on-street parking for additional guest cars. There is a smart lock on both doors so you can check-in at your convenience.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood with easy and quick access to shops, restaurants, attractions and everything else you may need for the perfect beach vacation.
We encourage all our guest to explore all the beautiful places and attractions that are near the property. The great thing about this. Is that they are one quick internet search away.
Getting Around:
It's best to have a car to get around - though there is Uber and Lyft.

Please note that Early Check-In / Late Check-Out is subject to the demand of our cleaning schedule. Feel free to request and we will do everything we can!
This is in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood so please be respectful of the neighbors. This is not the house or neighborhood for parties.
PETS:
1. At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit. Failure to disclose the presence of pets will result in a fine.
2. Non-dangerous/non-aggressive pets are welcome to join you for your stay.
3. We have a maximum of two pets per unit.
4. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.
5. You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste. Pets can relieve themselves in the strip of grass behind the lodge (the side opposite the entryway doors). Waste must then be disposed of in the dumpster by the storage shed (east side of the property).
6. Pets can be left unattended in the unit, as long as they are inside a kennel and will not cause excessive noise or bark loudly that could disturb other guests.
7. An extra $50 + taxes will be applied towards the cleaning fee for your stay and be requested through the app.
Your furry friends are welcome for an additional $50 pet fee. With consideration for future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture including the beds. And we kindly ask that you clean up after your pets and make sure that they do their business in the grass.
GENERAL:
Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking.
SMOKING:
Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without refund, for causing smoke damage and a smell that is extremely hard and costly to remove.
NOTE:
Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result to extra charges or eviction.
For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking.
