Enjoy breathtaking ski run views in this newly remodeled, 4 bed/3 bath mountain modern luxury townhome in the Prospector Square area - just a 5 minute drive to Old Town Park City (Main Street) and Park City Ski Resort, and 8 minutes to Deer Valley.

This spacious multi-level home features brand new kitchen and baths, mud room with ski storage, a private deck with BBQ, and private patio with hot tub. Custom-built bunk beds sleep 4 kids, perfect for families.

Guests without a vehicle can either use Uber or opt for the short 5 minute walk to a bus stop that offers easy transit to all of Park City's attractions - Old Town (Main Street)'s downtown restaurants and shopping, Park City ski resort, and Deer Valley and Canyons ski resorts.

Ski trip 2025

The house was clean, neat and very close to park city as well as deer valley ski resorts. We had a lovely time. The only negative was the dryer - took forever to dry our clothes as the venting system was either clogged or inadequate. We quite enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Excellent property

Excellent, very spacious and well laid out. We had 3 adults and 2 teens. The teens took the 'bunkhouse' at the top of the unit.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay in Tracey’s townhome, which was spacious and comfortable and the perfect size for our extended family of 7. We especially loved the use of the hot tub after skiing and the backyard space for snow play. The property is just a short drive to Park City Mountain, grocery, and restaurants, but in a quieter part of town away from all the traffic. Tracey was quick to respond and help us resolve an issue at check-in. I will note that she was also quick to jump to conclusions about something, but I believe she worked in good faith to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Thanks for hosting us, Tracey.

Just what we needed!

My parents liv in SLC and we live in southern Utah, My son had soccer tournaments the whole week and we debated on getting a hotel, as we could just drive to and from SLC. At first we booked one hotel room and it was the same price as this wonderful home with 3 added bedrooms and a kitchen. My mom and I had my 4 kids and my niece and nephew (there are stairs so its a challange for the babies but with added help it wasnt a problem and good for noise) and once we got there we realized we needed help and had extra adults come. Tracy, the host was so nice when we asked how we add and pay for them. She was very responsive. The beds were DREAMY so comfy, and the shampoo and conditioner worked for my whole family that has all different hair types! Lets just say I want to buy those beds now... It was close to all of his soccer games and I am so so glad we chose to use the house because I dont think it would have been worth it or that we could have even made it on time to all his games had we been in SLC the 45 min drive is alot different then just going to provo, if you chose to stay in SLC to go to park city you need to give yourself an extra 30-45 min for traffic, ect. in the same words, the location was perfect. We loved our stay.

Wedding weekend

We were glad to be within walking distance to our wedding hosts. I was impressed that Tracy answered her phone when I called for instructions to enter the house, even though she was in Japan. She gave me her personal line and said to call anytime with questions. She has local workmen available, but we didn’t need them. We struggled a bit at first with the temperature controls. Five levels of the house meant the first two floors were cooler and the top floors were much warmer. Hot tub water was clean and inviting. Kitchen is updated. Well equipped for our needs. No filtered water for making ice or drinking. Basketball net on the cul-de-sac was fun for our 6 yr old.

Exceeded Expectations

We have been to Park City 4 other times for ski trips. This property was the best we have stayed at so far. The views were great, place was very clean and put together well. Everything was as advertised online so no surprises. Very short drive or uber ride to anything you want or need in Park City. Great place, it will be the top of my list for our next trip.

We have enjoyed our family-owned townhouse in Park City because of its perfect location near to resorts, shopping and year-round fun in beautiful Park City. We enjoy being hosts to share our beautiful vacation get-a-way. We're located in the Salt Lake City valley so we're close enough if you need us, but far enough to give you privacy to enjoy Monarch to yourself!

We own both sides of this townhouse duplex so let us know if you'd like to rent both units for your vacation group. Each sleeps 10 people (1 queen bed, 2 queens, and 4 bunkbeds for kids). Both units have a jacuzzi hot tub and 2 balcony patios for entertaining and relaxing. There is a TV in every room! Each unit has a modern yet cozy atmosphere. Each great room overlooks the beautiful Park City ski runs. There are dozens of gorgeous nature and paved walking paths and hikes within walking distance from the front door of our private cul-de-sac. You don't have go far to enjoy nature and solitude or the energy and activities of all the resorts nearby.
There are 2 bus stops within a 5 minute walk taking you on public transit to Park City ski resort, Deer Valley, and the Canyons resorts.
