Excellent place for my family and I to stay for my mother's memorial service. We all came from out of town and were able to enjoy each other's company the whole weekend! Great location on South Hill.

Second time we stayed at this house for Gonzaga family weekend. Love that we could bring our two dogs and the house is very cozy and comfy, just a short drive to campus! Enjoyed walking to Trader Joe’s and Coldstones. Host is wonderful!

This is a good house in a great location, especially if you have a dog as the backyard is ideal. Also, Dave is a professional and responsive host. There were a few minor things that we did not like but none of those significantly impacted the quality of our stay. I would recommend this property for its overall value, quality, and the attentive and responsive host.

Great Place

The location was super convenient to visit family on south hill. Place was clean and comfortable and great for our dogs to enjoy the back yard. Would certainly stay there again.

The house is quite nice, all the pictures we saw were accurate. Very clean, comfortable beds, the yard IS big and great for dogs. Would stay again for sure.

Nice short stay

This place was great. My extended family and I stayed here for a long weekend. We did not spend much time at the house but the time we spent was great and there were no issues.

We were in Spokane for Gonzaga's family weekend - great location - only 8 minutes to campus - and wonderful cozy home to hang out with family in between activities! Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

This home is great. Super clean large backyard if you are traveling with pet. Great neighborhood. If we come back to Spokane we will definitely be re-booking this place if it’s available! Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

We came to town for March Madness and loved our stay here. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The property was clean and well cared for. The location was great. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Our stay at this house was just amazing from start to finish. House was the right size, air hockey table kept the kids busy for hours and the street was very quiet.

Loved this spot

It's exactly what we needed for our trip to Spokane for Thanksgiving. We went to my aunt's home for dinner but did some preparation at the VRBO prior and it had everything we needed. The host was very responsive too! Love!

An excellent stay in Spokane!

We loved our stay at this location. The house was the perfect size for 6 adults and a toddler. It was very well appointed and extremely clean. It had all the essentials and more. We were in town for a wedding, and the neighborhood was a short drive from all of the downtown venues. Highest rating and recommendation!

Great place!

The house was exactly as listed and was clean and perfect for our family! Kids enjoyed the candy jar and air hockey and we enjoyed having the space to visit. It was easy access to the Spokane Arena for the tournaments we had there. Lots of food options nearby and the host was always quick to respond. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back if we find ourselves in Spokane again!

I’d stay again

Was a great location for what I needed and the house was as described. I did have to ask for check in instructions after my check in time but the owner quickly responded. I was in town for a medical procedure and we got about 6” of snow and I did think it was odd that the steps and walks weren’t cleared but aside from that I had a good stay and would stay again if I had to travel back to Spokane.

We will be back

Our family was celebrating 20 years from the first time we went to Silverwood Theme Park, in Idaho. We wanted to stay in Spokane Valley because one of our kids was flying in. This property worked out perfectly! Easy to locate and plenty of space. The owner was great to work with.
