Welcome to THE LOUISVILLE LUXE – SUITE I! The location is EVERYTHING! This home is located in Louisville, KY – about 1.5 miles from downtown Louisville, KY, and less than 10 minutes | 5.0 miles from Louisville International Airport, The Uni. of Louisville, Churchill Downs, restaurants, shopping, parks, and more. Whether our guests are in town for a few nights, the week, a month, or more – we can, and will, accommodate all lengths of stay. The Louisville Luxe – Suite I offers the guests an entrance code to the suite, and their own room; which includes a Queen Bed with a new foam mattress, a Smart T.V. to stream their favorite shows and movies, space for storage, and a shared bathroom. The L. L. offers a shared kitchen and dining area; which has all the facilities and appliances needed to store drinks and foods, cook, and dine, as well as a coffee machine to kickstart the mornings or extend the nights. The L. L. offers a shared, in-home office for our guests' work needs. The L. L. offers a shared washing and drying machine, located in the garage, for our guests convenience. The L. L. offers all the essentials : Free Wi-Fi (500+ mbps), Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation, etc. The L. L. covers the safety protocols and is equipped with camera surveillance of the home. There is free parking on our street. We ask that residents treat other residents with respect and follow our few rules :

*Check-Out : At 10:00 a.m.

*We will attempt to accommodate earlier check-in’s and later check-out’s as booking permits.

Louisville visit 10/26 - 10/30/23

Great restored old Louisville house as B&B. Very quiet. Nice private room and common areas on 1st floor. I would have enjoyed walking but for lousy rainy weather. Hardly saw any 'roommates' during my brief visit. Only stayed overnight 10/26 and 10/29 -- stayed with my daughter and family in the Tyler Park area weekend 10/27 through 10/29.

Beautiful homey feeling!

This home was beyond incredible! The property manager was extremely kind, fast with her replies, and very accommodating! The home is beautiful designed and has such a home feeling to it. The entire home was clean and well taken care of. There’s a gorgeous backyard with a nice sitting area that was perfect for relaxing with coffee or wine. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Quick LOU trip

Made a quick trip to LOU and needed a place to lay our heads. This property was affordably priced, easy to locate, secure, and well maintained. Not to mention a beautiful structure! Please add paper towels to the bathroom and an extra roll or two in the kitchen. Otherwise, was everything we hoped for and needed! Really enjoyed a morning cup of coffee on the front steps. :) Thank you!!!

Review of property

Nice location and room. Was not aware of the shared bathroom, living room, kitchen when we booked the property. Did not have a problem with that other than not being aware of this when we booked it as the VRBO rep said they had no shared propeties.
