Located ~15 minutes to the strip, and conveniently located 2-3 mins to local grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, and off-strip casinos (Green Valley Ranch Casino) -- this is a prime place to retreat and call your own oasis, but not too far from the fun. Nestled in a cozy, peaceful neighborhood, this is a one of a kind stay. Enjoy the stylish décor, and all the amenities you'd expect while in Vegas to include: Salt Water Pool, BBQ Grille, Firepit, 75" UHD TV, Streaming TV and Roku, and the accommodation's to sleep 6-8 comfortably. We are pet friendly, and allow up to 2 pets 20 lbs or less, and with a built in doggy door their stay too should be easy.
During your trip to our property, you'll enjoy the stylish blue and gold décor compliments of recent renovations, comfortable hybrid and foam bedding, and plenty of lounge space in the living room in front of the 75" UHD TV. During the fall/winter months take advantage of the Gas Firepit at night time and the BBQ Grille for outdoor cooking. Both perfect for this time of year. This property is located 3 minutes to "The District" home to great shopping, several restaurant's, and is right next to the upper-scale Green Valley Ranch Casino. "GVR" as the locals affectionately call it has several amazing restaurants, a movie theater, gaming rooms, a casino, and the works! 3 minutes in another direction and you have a Target, Sprouts Grocery Store, Staples, Walgreens, and a PetSmart. All the convenience you could possible need for a great stay.
If you're working from home there's a dedicated office space and fast wireless internet so you don't miss a beat, and the office overlooks the pool... so you can look forward to wrapping up at the end of a long day with a serene view. Lounge by the pool, enjoy the gas fire pit for roasted marshmallows or a fireside chat, or fire up the gas BBQ Grille, and when you're done outside sink into the stylish yet comfortable rooms for a great off-strip Vegas Oasis.

This neighborhood is one of the best in the Las Vegas metro area. It's central to so much, and 5 minutes to the freeway to make any commute simple. Just a few minutes from the The District, The Green Valley Ranch Casino, & Dollar Loan Center - you're so close to all the conveniences of shopping, restaurants, casino and gambling, shows, concerts, lounge areas, minor league hockey, and other sporting events. It's also a quiet tight-knit community, very close to all the best master planned community infrastructure creating a safe and very enjoyable stay. In this area you can access anything you want for your stay that Vegas has to offer, and in less than 20 minutes, or you can lounge in newly renovated decor, take advantage of the outdoor area of the home where the neighborhood easily allows for relaxation in the elements.

The newly renovated blue and gold kitchen is one of a kind and sets the stage for a comfortable and relaxing, yet modern feel throughout the home. With a great outdoor BBQ Grille and Firepit, Salt Water Pool, and plenty of seating it provides the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The convenience in location however makes it just as easy to get to anything you want to partake in throughout the city in less than 20 minutes. All conveniences are less 3-5 minutes like grocery stores, shopping, dining, etc. This truly is a one of a kind property and will not only appease the corporate travelers, but is great for families, and/or groups that want to spread out and unwind during their stay in the city.
