Welcome to “Port Of The Royal”
This Newley renovated 4BR 2BA home is in the heart of Port Royal and is centrally located. Only 2 Miles to Parris Island. The home is walking distance to delicious restaurants, retail shops, the Cypress Wetlands/Bird Sanctuary that has lots of beautiful views on the walking trails and a board walk. The Sands Beach is only 1 mile, where you can explore the sands for Sharks teeth, go swimming, or enjoy some fishing off the pier along with a Boat Landing.
Enjoy this spacious home with an open floor plan, 2 living rooms and an outdoor patio with a fire pit that is perfect for sitting around making memories and enjoying time with family and friends.
Downtown Beaufort is only an 8-minute drive to the Waterfront Park with stunning views, several restaurants, and retail shops. Take a kayak tour on the water to see and explore the ocean and hopefully see a dolphin or enjoy a horse and carriage tour and learn about Beaufort and its history.
The home is a 25 minute drive to the Hunting Island State Park Beach and Lighthouse and a 40 minute drive to Hilton Head Island, SC.
If you are looking for a day trip Charleston is only 60 miles away.

This property was a family favorite. We were traveling to see our son graduate from boot camp & it was perfect for that. Quiet neighborhood. Super clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay!

We stayed at this beautiful home while we were visiting Parris Island for our son’s Marine boot camp graduation. Location was excellent, less than ten minutes to the base! Also close to Cypress Wetlands (saw some gators!) and Sands Beach (saw some dolphins!). Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen made for a perfect stay for our family. Clean and comfortable, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Our stay was awesome. The house was an excellent choice. I hope to stay there again in the future. Our son graduated from DI boot camp at Parris Island. Wish we could have had a fire though, but it was a great stay. Amenities were great. The house had a plaque on the wall VMGR 152 (members from 1969), one of my husbands old units from the Marines. He was born in 1969. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful Home.

The perfect spot

This house was so cute and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was adequately supplied, plenty of towels and rags, and a relaxing back yard to just hang out and spend time with family. We were in town for my son’s graduation of basic training. I was so glad to only have about a 10 minute drive to Parris Island to get on base. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.

This house provided us with the perfect place to stay for our daughter's Parris Island graduation. We stayed four nights, five people the first three nights and six the last night. Perfect Getaway

The property was amazing. Clean, with lots of extras for cooking and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here during our son's graduation from Bootcamp with the Marines. It was close to the base and provided everything we needed.

Beautifully appointed home!

We stayed in Port of the Royal for a vacation with our two adult kids and our teen son for our new grandson’s first trip to the beach! We all had a wonderful time exploring Beaufort and the surrounding area. The house had everything that we needed to prepare a few meals and was spacious and comfortable. It was so clean it sparkled! Thanks for a great trip!

Parris Island Marine graduation

This property was excellent. It was 5 minutes to the Marine base entrance. It was very clean and modern. The property manager Carson was easy to get in touch with. We had a family dinner after our Marines graduation and he really enjoyed it. Perfect!

Wonderful Stay!

The owners of this property have really put a lot of thought and love into their rental. Everything was very clean and inviting, with many touches of "home". It's evident that they have made many memories here themselves so it's not "just another rental". Plenty of cookware, utensils, etc in the kitchen as well as quality bath towels for all of us. Thank you for your attention to detail, we look forward to returning soon!

USMC bootcamp graduation family trip

This home was in such a perfect, close location to Parris Island for our son's bootcamp graduation. Our extended family had plenty of room here. We enjoyed the outdoor space for our daughter to run and play, and we enjoyed having the board games too. The bedrooms were comfortable, as well as the living room areas. The kitchen had everything needed for us to cook a home cooked meal for our new Marine! Thank you!

Cozy & clean Great location!

We chose this location, partly because it was so close to Parris Island for my son’s USMC Boot Camp graduation. Situated in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of a restaurant and beautiful sunset views, there was plenty of sleep space for my party of eight! It was very clean, and tastefully decorated. It was suited with everything we needed, just had to bring along food to cook and excited family members! This home did not disappoint! The backyard had a small trampoline that my daughter loved to jump on and an outdoor shower & sink! Thanks so much for renting your home to us! If we ever visit the area again, it’s a sure thing that we would stay at the same property.

One mission stay

Our mission was to be as close as possible to Parris Island, and this area did not disappoint. We couldn’t find any other place available but this place was just as close as it could be. We’d leave by certain time and arrive and did not have to wait to long in line to get through the gate. Groceries and breakfast or lunch or dinner all close by. No shopping centers, or at least we weren’t looking for that. My only suggestion would be is to add just at least one more toilet paper roll and a few more kitchen trash bags. We only had one roll for each and three kitchen bags for a 5 day stay. Other than that It was a great spot. Lovely home and neighborhood and photos do it no justice. Thank you!
