HOUSE RULES:
You must be 24 or older to book our home.
Only 2 dogs are allowed with a $75 pet fee.
No smoking anywhere on the property. A fine of $1000 will apply if anyone smokes on the property.
No parties or events.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
All sand needs to be cleaned off before entering the house. We have an outdoor shower and hose for this purpose. Failure to remove sand will result in an extra cleaning fee.
Please don't make excessive noise past 10 PM.
For any booking over 30 days we require a cleaning every month.

PET RULES:
• A $75 Pet Fee must be paid before check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
• Your dog should be friendly and house-trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
• We provide pet blankets that need to be used if your dog gets on the furniture. Dogs are not allowed in the beds!
• Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
• Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 if we have to have dog waste picked up.
• Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
• You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.
• Limit of two dogs.

POOL RULES:
You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
Children always need to be supervised.
No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area! If the glass is broken in the pool there will be an additional fee of $500 in order to clean the pool.
There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.
If it is below 50° we cannot heat the pool as it will damage the heater.
Additional $50 a night for golf cart rental.
