We did not walk into this rental for multiple reasons. There was no place to park, the parking area in front of the rental was filled with construction vehicles and vehicles that we in the barber shop that was connected to the rental. No where in the description did it say that the rental was connected to a business. Also there were several people just "hanging" around outside. The picture was not at all a true representation of the rental. I was traveling with a teenager looking at nearby colleges and we felt completely unsafe. I never even walked into the rental. When I reached out to the owner I received an apology but VRBO would not refund me for this stay. I will have to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge. I travel quite often and use VRBO most times, this has never happened. I wish that the description would have been closer to what this rental actually was.

All was wonderful and as advertised. Place was clean and comfortable. The location isn’t that handy to the convention center but I really appreciate the host reaching out to me to tell me that before accepting my reservation.

Ms. Maria was very kind. The property was very clean, simple, and comfortable. Big bathroom, helpful kitchen, great TV/wifi and Air conditioning. Nice bedroom.This is an awesome location just outside of downtown Tampa. I would love to stay here again next time I come back to Tampa.

Nice little apartment

nice location and very quiet neighborhood, also the Cantina and store across the street is very convenient. Transportation to Tampa attractions is easy as you can walk or ride-share to YBOR and there you can take the free trolley.

Great little getaway

Came to stay for a week in April, and could not be happier. The casita, although an older unit, was well kept up, very clean, and nicely decorated.The host happened to be there finishing up cleaning outside when I got there; probably a good thing, because the lock was just enough different from others I’ve seen and used that it probably would have stymied me without her direction. She was super nice and welcoming when I got there, which was greatly appreciated - and then she left me to privacy for the rest of my stay, which was even better.The family market / restaurant across the street serves some of the best authentic Mexican tacos I’ve ever eaten, so that was an added bonus.

Great place for a couple of people

This little place was perfect for our Florida vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. Our property manager was easy to get a hold of if we had questions. We had two restaurants within a few minutes walk from our apartment. We sat out every evening on the little veranda and enjoyed the nice weather.

Good stay before a cruise.

A good place to sray before a cruise. Close to Tampa cruise port. The place was clean and comfortable,and good amenities. One negative is that the property is attached to a barber shop, and it got noisy when the shop was open.There is a convenience store across the street selling mexican foods, and has a small restaurant.

A little home away from Home.

Was a little confused when we first arrived. Had an issue first trying to figure out where this property was, because I was assuming it was a house. This property shared a building with a Barbershop. But they were very nice. In the evening you could hear them laughing and cutting it up, but that ended about 9 PM. The little convince store/ Restaurant is across the street and we went there 6 different times in 2 days. That was super convenient. We took Uber everywhere and they normally took 7-15 minutes to arrive, never longer. I should talk about the property itself. Very clean, bed comfortable, kitchen and bathroom updated presently and the entire space has a very clean/calming vibe! Would love to go back and stay again.

I started working in this neighborhood as a Barber over 10 years ago. The people here have always been friendly and welcoming. The area is right on the water with lots of places to eat and explore. It's also incredibly close to Ybor City, Channelside, Amalie Arena, and Downtown.
