Perfect location
Apartment was great, clean and fully equipped, convenient covered parking and friendly staff. Perfect location crossing the street from Park City Lifts and minutes from Main Street. Would rent again!

Mixed experience at this condo
We had a mostly good experience at this condo with two issues that would prevent us staying here again. Let me start with the positive. It was spacious, clean and as described in the description. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the sofa bed was made with clean sheets. The building itself has a ski rental place on the ground floor and the staff there were super nice and helpful. The location was great in terms of it being a 7 minute walk to the lifts at the base of the mountain, and we walked into town for dinner easily. The downside of this condo is that it overlooks a huge car park at the base of the mountain and the snow ploughs began clearing the snow at 5am every morning - they were very loud with constant intermittent beeps which prevented us from sleeping past 5am - not great for a vacation. The condo was also very hot and there was a not on the thermostats asking us not to decrease the temperature below 70 degrees - we think the thermostat was broken as the master bedroom was more like 75-80 degrees most nights.
