Come relax and explore in our centrally located cozy home! This property is perfect for anyone who loves to fish or visit the beaches. The backyard has a covered patio with a gas grill and is fenced in with plenty of parking available. Property is located within a mile of 2 free boat launches and within a mile of the front gate to the Naval Air Station. The Naval Air Station allows you to get an up-close view of the Blue Angels during their scheduled practices!

House is cute. Could use some updates. Bedrooms are a good size. Living room is open and good size. William is very responsive.

Cute little house

This is a cute little 2 bd 1 ba house that is very old but has been updated. The area is definitely lower income and looks a little iffy, but we had no issues during our 4 day stay. My only complaints about the house is that the air conditioner struggles to cool this tiny place to less than 72 during the day (and it's much warmer than this in the bedrooms). During the night it eventually cools down to 69-70. Thankfully i had brought a 20" fan with us and we were able to use that to move the cooler air from the living room and kitchen back toward the bedrooms. There was also no linens provided for the sofa bed. We only needed it the first night when my neice was with us and we were able to make due with the extra blankets and pillows i had brought with us for the ride. All appliances are new and work great. The washer and dryer are in a shed/garage behind the house, they are brand new and work great. The yard is fenced, and i pulled my car behind the house most nights. It's shaded in the back yard and pulling to the back made loading and unloading a little easier in the 100F weather. The covered back porch was nice and has a nice gas grill that works! The grass needed to be cut and had weeds a foot tall, but it's florida in the middle of the summer and had probably only been a week or so since it was cut.Overall, the price was great, it was easy to get to and if i needed somewhere inexpensive to stay i would stay here again.

Family Vacation

This was our second stay in the Cozy Little Yellow Cottage. We booked it because of it's convenient location to Pensacola NAS. Also because it has 3 beds one of which is a pullout sofa bed. Before arriving I had reached out to William about a possible early check-in. Luckily, he was able to accommodate us with an earlier check-in time. We were very grateful. We know that's not always possible with VRBOs. Our first night there when it was time for bed (finally around midnight) we discovered there were no linens for the pull-out sofa. Last year there were. So, at midnight I'm running around town getting bedding. I had brought extra padding from home knowing it was a pull-out sofa. Those are usually not the greatest. My sister and I made up the bed for her and everyone went to bed. Needless to say she didn't sleep well at all. Nor did my sister who slept in the bed in the room across from the bedroom. My brother who slept in the other bedroom said it was just "ok", but could be better. The next day we discovered the stove was dirty and we hadn't even used it. The grill on the back deck was horrible and we hadn't used it either. There was a broken chair on the back deck. We didn't know it was broken. When my brother sat in it, he got quite the scare! We're lucky he didn't get hurt. I contacted William and he brought new chairs and new mattress toppers for the beds. He said he would address the Housekeeping issues with his staff. I believe he will do so.

Nice little house

It’s a nice little house with a big backyard. The host was extremely friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Cheer competition stay

The cozy cottage was everything we wanted it to be! Pictures are exactly what we got. We were surprised by a tray of snacks and water for us when we checked it. Also, there was a kurieg coffee maker with all the coffee pods and fixings for us! We thought that was super sweet! The backyard deck was perfect for our morning coffee! If we are ever in town we would definitely stay again! The host was amazing!!

A nice cozy vacation spot

When I arrived, the property was already cleaned and ready for me early. The property manager reached out to me to let me know that we can go ahead and check in. He love snacks for the kids. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The home was very clean and big enough for me and my family. I will be booking with him again if I get the opportunity when we return in the summer.

It was very close to base. The house was super cute and clean. We had a couple of items that needed to be addressed while we’re there and the owner was prompt in responding and making sure our stay was excellent. I would recommend staying there again!

Cute as a Button

My husband and I stayed over Thanksgiving. This property is super cute, was very clean and William was an excellent host. The property is centrally located near stores and a very short drive to the Naval Air Base. I would highly recommend this place. If we are in the area again, we already agreed that this will be the place we stay at again.

Beautiful Cottage

Labor Day Weekend

The house is centrally located near shopping and food. Very quaint and cozy. Close to the base and beaches. William was very responsive. We had issue with the fridge not cooling and he brought a small fridge to tide us over. Our nineteen month old granddaughter had a wonderful time playing in the fenced backyard.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy yellow cottage. The house is centrally located, close to beaches, and has a large backyard with a deck and barbecue grill. Would recommend for 2-4 people.

Good stay

I would stay again. It’s not in the best part of town but we had no problems. The house was clean and met all our needs. It’s on the SW corner of the city and has easy access to a lot of sights. The host was quick to reply to messages and brought a new coffee maker when the one on site stopped working.
