Centrally located condo in Pensacola. A short drive to Pensacola Christian College and major hospitals. Publix grocery is near by and so is the mall. The navy base is approximately 15 minutes away depending upon traffic. The beach is approximately 20 minutes away. Downtown town is about 10 minutes via I110 where many unique shops, bars and restaurants can be found for a night out. I'm always available by phone or text if you need any recommendations before or during your stay. Cameras at front door and patio door.

Exactly as listed

It was a nice place to stay! At first we couldn't get in, but made a phone call and within 1 minute Louis gave us a new code for the door. It could have been a bit cleaner, but overall was nice and we had everything we needed!

Communication with the host was always instant! He never left you waiting for a response! The location was very good. Everything you needed being around you and was very quiet. Cute little place for the family. Had everything you need for vacations.

Convenient location.

Good central location in Pensacola, can easily reach Johnson's beach, NAS, Pensacola Beach and even FWB/Destin. Quiet neighborhood. Great value.

Great place to stay

I had to evacuate for a hurricane and Louis was generous enough to allow me to book last minute and bring my dogs (which he didn’t have to since the booking said no pets) The bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a stay. Overall, it was a great stay, if I ever need to head to pensacola I will definitely stay there again. Thank you agai!

Quiet place, dog friendly

We stayed 2 nights here and enjoyed our time. The host had shampoo/ conditioner/ and staple food items as well as extra pillows, sheets, and even a beach umbrella. It’s dog friendly and we were able to bring our 50 lb dog after communicating with the host.

It was great having a kitchen, washer/dryer, along with a separate master suite. The extra bathroom/shower was a big help as well.

Beach vacation

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy process checking in and out. Close to everything, and beaches are only 20 minutes away. Great price too! Would definitely like to stay again in the future. Thanks 😊

This was a great place to stay with easy access to everything we wanted. Downtown, the beach, grocery stores, the mall. Just a short drive down the road to hop on 110 and it’s a breeze to get anywhere. There is also Dollar General Market just down the road, which was very convenient. The property was very nice and quiet. There was always an open parking spot available right outside the front door. A parking pass was provided that was right inside on the table when we walked in. Everything was clean and well stocked. We didn’t have to get anything household necessities wise from the store like we normally do when staying in rentals. That was very nice. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets were provided as well as shower supplies. The rooms were larger and the master had a great sized closet. Our extra person wasn’t able to make the trip so we didn’t use the hall bath or guest room, but both the room and bathroom were definitely on the larger side. The room had a double closet so plenty of space and the bathroom had a large vanity and tub. The washer and dryer were great to have and had no issues there. We were very happy with our stay here!

Beach trip

The home was about 25-30 from the beach but nice commute. The home was nice and well stocked . The beds were comfy with memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms . Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Washer and dryer was nice to keep up with our laundry washing . I would definitely stay here again if in the area . Check in was easy and even got to check in early since we got into town earlier than expected. Owner was very quick to respond to any messages .

Clean, fully stocked + Washer Dryer, & dishwasher. About 30 min from beach. FYI beach umbrella in closet. Didn’t realize until day I left 😆 Good communication with owner. Outside the complex wasn't the nicest area but had no issues and townhome was safe and secure. Would recommend & stay at again.

Uber drivers all were sent to the single level apts next door. Maps were wrong. Street noise was noticeable, but apt was sound proof, could not hear upstairs resident. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Owner was very responsive and eager to help. Enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Nice at first but the longer your there the worst it is

The place looks nice enough at first but the longer you stay the worst it is. At first we just noticed the shower curtains needed to be changed cause the inside was moldy. Most drawers in the bathroom clearly hadn’t been checked inside since they still had a bunch of mess and items from previous guests. Then we went to make lunch and the toaster wasn’t working. After lunch we tried to load our dishes into the dish washer which was broken. The standing water in it gives off quite a horrible smell too. Finally halfway through our stay we went to wash our laundry and lo and behold there’s standing water and disgusting towels just sitting inside the washer machine collecting mildew and stink. We just got more and more frustrated through our stay because the place looks so nice when you first walk in the door. I wouldn’t recommend this rental at all, especially not when there’s so many actually nice ones for the same exact price.

Older Buildings

Clean, communication was great. There were 4 ladies and we were a little nervous about the neighborhood. It was a little run down. I would not have been comfortable going in/out after dark. The owner was very nice and there was nothing wrong with the actual interior. It’s an older apartment complex in a kind of sketchy area.
