Ocean View Sanctuary is a rare find - clean, attractive, very comfortable and a breathtaking view of the sound. the hosts are very attentive and easy to work with. would happily stay here again.

Great if you like staying in someone’s basement.

We booked this stay so we could come and visit our son who’s in the Air Force at McCord. Our understanding of Verbo properties is that you get the entire property. This accommodation was a daylight walk out basement where the owners lived upstairs and we could frequently hear them moving around as they got ready for work and in the evening as we were settling down, we could hear them walking around. I was disappointed that this property was surrounded by lovely houses, and other properties that were nicely maintained, weed free, and this one was not acceptable in that regard.

Everything was great and very comfortable. Close to wonderful beach and hiking at Dash Point State park. Maybe the best views we’ve ever had from a vacation rental.

Great stay

We had a great stay. It was central located for everything we had planned for our weekend. Check in was easy with a late arrival. The bed was comfortable and it was stocked with everything you need! We would stay again next time we return to the area!

Beautiful Place

We came in for a Firefighter test at Browns Point Fire Station. Each room had desk for study area abd amazing views. Great restaurant, Browns Point Diner, just up the street.

Holiday Girls Getaway

This was perfect for our small Thanksgiving celebration. The kitchen is well stocked, and the living room is ideal for relaxing with an amazing water view. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind, and we appreciated that they went the extra step for us. We loved this spot and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful Getaway

Absolutely great time, super peaceful, amazing views, house had everything we needed. Also, owner was greatly responsive and generous in providing all we requested. Would definitely go back!

Lovely View

This is a very cute two bedroom apartment on the first floor of the owner’s house. It has a private patio overlooking the Bay with a beautiful quiet view which I enjoyed immensely. It is perfect for a short getaway where you will be spending your days away from the apartment. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. I was there for an extended stay, and it wasn’t as ideal for that as there is very little storage for food in the small kitchen and there is no TV in the living room I would highly recommend it to tourists on short getaways.
