AMENIDAD TARJETAS !!!! Pasos a la playa y el Club de Playa

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for highlighting the easy beach access and comfortable beds—we’re glad those aspects of your stay stood out. We also appreciate you bringing the other items to our attention. Your comments about the living room furniture, exterior appearance, and water pressure have been shared with our team so we can evaluate and make improvements where needed. We strive to provide a relaxing and well-maintained environment, and your input helps us continue raising that standard. We understand that the nearby road noise impacted your experience, and while the location can be a plus for accessibility, we recognize it may not suit every guest’s preference for quiet. Thank you again for your review. We hope to have the opportunity to host you in the future and provide an even better stay.

We include a "starter" roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and trash liners in each trash can. We will start leaving a box of trash bags under the kitchen sink for guests. We are in the midst of a spring cleaning now.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and that the home met your expectations overall. That said, we truly regret the inconvenience you experienced with the internet during your stay. Reliable Wi-Fi is especially important when travel plans include remote work, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to have that disrupted. What you described regarding the internet outage is not the standard we strive to uphold. We’ve followed up directly with the property owner to ensure this situation does not occur again, and we are also reviewing our internal checks to help prevent similar disruptions in the future. We appreciate your feedback about the home’s cleanliness as well. While the character of older homes can bring charm, cleanliness should never be compromised, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for review and improvement. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a stay that meets all your expectations from start to finish.

We appreciate you submitting a review of the property. We encourage all guests to report any issues with the property during your stay so we can address them immediately. Thanks for making us aware of the water issue it was a simple fix and has been resolved.

Glad you enjoyed the location of the property and we were happy to assist you during your stay! We are planning on doing updates in the fall of 2021. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad our team was able to respond promptly and address the issue when you reached out. We understand how important it is to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make things right. We’re grateful for your patience and hope to welcome you back for an even more enjoyable stay with TideWatch Vacations!

We are glad you enjoyed the house and location. The thermostat has a limit of 72 degrees in order to work the thermostat you have to hold the button until it blinks then adjust accordingly. We will upgrade the pots and pans in the kitchen this spring.

Thanks, we have looked into your issues and addressed them. We appreciate your feedback.
