Fantastic 3 Bedroom 3 Bath house on Ocean Creek Golf Course

C'est La Vie -By The Sea

This Three bedroom, three bath home is situated on the 1st Fairway of Ocean Creek Golf Course. It's in a PERFECT LOCATION that is, centrally located to everything on the Fripp Island! The white sand beach is a 3 minute golf cart ride away! The Cabana Club Pool, the Marina and restaurants are a short ride away.

The cottage is considered a 3 bedroom with a Bonus Loft also has three bathrooms. The Loft provides much needed extra living space. This delightful home will sleep 10 comfortably. It comes with many beautiful upgrades like Heart Pine Wood floors, a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a large tiled master shower as well as an updated new decor.

The main floor has an open Kitchen/Dining Area, as well as the Main Living Area. There are 2 Bedrooms with their own En Suite Bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Standard and a Queen in the room. Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen size Beds.

Upstairs, you will find the Loft Area, The Master Bedroom and Master Bath. The Master Bedroom is spacious, has a King size Bed.

The lounge area is also on the loft, where you can read a book, or have the kids hang out and watch TV.

Off of the main floor is a large screened In Porch with a stunning tropical palm view of the 1st Fairway on Ocean Creek Golf Course. It is really is breathtaking!

There is a seating area to sit around a cozy gas firepit and enjoy your favorite beverages.

Amenity cards are not included with the rental, you may purchase these cards from us, for $55 per person, for anyone 13 years and older, during the season, Memorial Day to Labor Day. After Labor Day to Memorial Day they are $39 for 4 night stay and $28 for a 3 night stay.

There are also several beach chairs provided.

To rent a golf cart you can call me and I will give you the names and phone numbers of the many companies that rent golf carts or let me know and I will rent it for you.

There are 3 Smart TVs with cable service and streaming capabilities.

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful time! Sam, the property manager, was super helpful any time we had a question. It was a fantastic relaxing vacation! The home was perfect for our family. So very thankful for the use of the golf cart. The location on the island was great! We definitely want to come back!

First time to Fripp and we all loved it!

This cottage was better than what you see in the photos. The location was central to everything on the island, wecould easily walk, bike, or take the golf cart everywhere. The cottage was fully stocked and was very clean. Would definitely book it again and that says a lot because I am VERY picky.

Great Stay

We have been coming to Fripp Island for several years. Our favorite places to stay are Ocean Creek or Bonito area. This home is a perfect location. It was clean and we enjoyed the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our children and grandchildren. The property manager was quick to answer all of our questions. One recommendation is to allow renters access to a vacuum. This would have been helpful with three 2 year old's!

Fripp Island Rental

This was one of the cleanest FRBO establishments we have ever experienced. If we could make two suggestions...1. Put a lamp in each bedroom. 2. Add a few throws in the den/living room. In closing, our stay was absolutely the best and most relaxing vacation we have ever taken.

House met our needs for a party of 8, lots of room. We really enjoyed having outdoor space for the kids since we were outnumbered by 6, LOL. We would definitely consider renting again, this is our 11th year at Fripp. We love it

Great house.

The ice maker was not working at all, we spent 30 minutes trying to fix it with no luck. The golf cart had mold on the seats, spent 30 minutes cleaning that so we could ride in it. House is very pretty. nice kitchen.

A lovely spot on Fripp

We had a great experience! The location is great with easy access (via the golf cart) to the beach. My kids loved it and are already asking to go back! The property manager was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend it.

I lived on Fripp Island for twenty years and a property manager for eight years. I want people to experience the beauty and tranquility of the island. I enjoy seeing guests, with their families having a good time. Seeing the children looking at the deer up close for the first time, along with their parents. The joy that is brought to the faces of our guests.

This property is centrally located on Fripp island. It is a few minutes golf cart ride to any place on Fripp Island, The beach, Cabana Club pools, Beach club and Marina. This property is located on the first fairway of the Ocean Creek golf course, that was designed by Davis Love III. Sit on the screened porch and enjoy the golfers, or the magnificent sun sets with your favorite beverage of choice, either in the morning or evening.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property is very deceiving from the out side. It will sleep 10 people and still be very comfortable with everyone. There is a large screen porch to get away and a balcony that overlooks the open area of the down stairs, or just snuggle up with a book or watch tv.
