The view from the deck, living room and owners suite of Toxaway Falls is breathtaking. Tranquility and luxury fill this gorgeous bright, designer 3 bedroom 2 bath Condo. Enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding Blue Ridge mountains while taking in the soothing sounds of this magnificent waterfall which you can enjoy from the covered balcony patio, or Primary bedroom windows.
Snuggle up with a book on the cozy porch or visit Whitewater Falls, a nearby brewery, hike in Gorges State Park, take a guided horseback ride, kayak, or fish for rainbow trout.
Holiday stays have a 3 night minimum. NOTE There are gas logs and a gas patio firepit in the unit. While we attempt to have these in working condition year round, we do not guarantee the availability of these during your stay. If a guest turns off the pilot light, a restart fee may be charged in the event that a technician is requested to restart.

There are NO STAIRS to deal with yet the condo offers tree top level views. The expanded deck offers incredible outdoor space that feels private. Surrounded by natural beauty, a short trail winds down to the falls-you may even spot one of the white squirrels scampering nearby.

The height of Toxaway falls is approx 290′ over numerous drops and slides. Our homes have an access path that allows you to get down to the bedrock below the first two drops. Geologically the falls are amazing. The colored rock and sheer magnitude of the falls is unlike any other waterfall in the area.

Accommodations:
Riversong Falls Hideaway was completely renovated in April of 2019 and features all new bathrooms, flooring, an updated kitchen, even down to the furniture, mattresses and bedding. A wine refrigerater and bar have been added to help you enjoy an inviting open floor plan that features a large Living Room and kitchen, with windows that look out into the trees and Toxaway Falls. The unit is located on the ground floor of the building, making it easy to get in and out.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee pot, Breville coffee maker (uses K-Cups), toaster, blender, microwave, dinnerware, flatware, cooking utensils and service ware.
There is a toasty fire pit on the balcony and community pool at no charge for guests.

Nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina, the nearby communities of Lake Toxaway, Sapphire, Cashiers, Highlands, Brevard and Pisgah forest are just minutes away and offer outdoor activities, breweries and taprooms, several great restaurants, quaint shops, local artist galleries, spas and music festivals. Nearby Brevard has more than it's share of culture, including the world-renowned Brevard Music Center, only 20 minutes away by car.
We are approximately 40 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport (and Sierra Nevada) and about an hour from the main gates of the Biltmore Estate.

Activities:
This is an outdoor paradise. Known as the "Land Of Waterfalls" Transylvania County is home to more than 250 waterfalls, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Pisgah National Forest, the DuPont State Forest and Gorges Park. Outdoor activities are endless with Golfing, Fishing, Hiking, Exploring Waterfalls, Canoeing, Mountain Biking and Scenic drives.
If staying inside reading a good book is your pleasure, feel free to relax on the large porch of this lovely vacation spot and enjoy the beauty and nature of this unique place. Watch for scampering white squirrels, especially early in the morning and late afternoon.

Location:
Lake Toxaway is located 50 miles southwest of Asheville between the resort towns of Brevard and Cashiers on US Hwy 64. Our home is under 200 miles from Charlotte NC, Columbia SC, or Atlanta, GA. If visiting Clemson University for a game or parent activities, you can be there in an hour (45 miles).

Brevard
Less than 15 miles down the mountain, the City of Brevard is known for its natural and cultural resources. Located near the entrance to Pisgah National Forest, Brevard is often referred to as, “Land of the Waterfalls,” due to its proximity to some 250 freshwater falls in area. As for culture, Brevard boasts an extensive local music and arts community, and is home to Brevard College, a four-year liberal arts institution with nationally recognized programs in music and environmental studies. The esteemed Brevard Music Center is regarded as one of the nation’s preeminent summer music teaching and performance institutions in the country.

Cashiers
Just 15 miles west of Lake Toxaway is the quaint town Cashiers (pronounced CASH-ers), a popular mountain vacation spot situated at the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 64 and N.C. 107. The village offers shops, antique stores, casual and fine dining, seasonal festivals, and live concerts. Better still, Cashiers is surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest and is within earshot of several scenic areas that have been protected by the National Forest Service and The Nature Conservancy.
