Spring Break 2025

We were able to stay in this wonderful property for Spring Break 2025 with our 3 teenagers. Several other friends were in other units. We had a great time. Location is fantastic. Our unit was very clean, well stocked and communication with the owners was excellent. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

The condo was nice and big enough for my husband our two adult male children and me. Although there was some construction being done on the building due to a hurricane it did not get in the way of our fun. The water pressure was good in the shower and had all the essentials we needed in the kitchen to cook dinner. Everything for the beach (noodles, towels, plenty of chairs and bags, toys) except an umbrella but I bought one cheep and left it for the next people. The pool was not open although it was suppose to be but we didn't miss it at all as we spent our time on the beach and in the ocean. The area was quiet and not far from John's pass.

All you could ask for…

Great location, well stocked with everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation. We loved the screened lanai and the pool was great. Conveniently located less than a mile walk from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment at John’s Pass.

Excellent unit

It was a very nice unit and well equipped the only thing i would recommend is a new mattress in the master bedroom and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and balcony.I would stay there again

Amazing place to relax and chill! return

The property was very well put together and well supplied. It was one of the best most complete rentals we have experienced. Denise and Cheryl are lovely to work with. We would definitely return and recommend this venue to family and friends.

Spring Break family vacation

Beautiful place to stay!

We booked this for the week over Christmas just now and we had our two college age kids with us male and female and we had a really good time. The weather was cooler and cloudier than we wanted but we made the most of it. St. John’s Pass is an awesome place to be food is terrific, and that candy shop across the street is to die for it, Cheryl was so spot on. We will definitely go back there. The area is almost like a private beach not much traffic on it at all and to hear the sound of waves in the morning, and at night was so relaxing and exactly what we needed .

Week in Madeira

The condo was exactly as pictures showed. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you may need to cook with. Very nice that there are some items to get you going. Really helpful were the food storage items, dish and dishwasher detergents and laundry detergent. There were beach chairs, beach toys and a cooler. Lots of towels and beach towels. We would stay again.

Great condo

Our vacation started off a little rough but Cheryl did everything within her control to fix the situation . The condo itself is very nice and is probably the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. There is plenty of beach chairs , beach bags, sand toys , etc for the entire family. The kitchen is very well stocked. The condo has a portable fan for each room. The 3rd bedroom is very small and the washer and dryer is in the closet of that room. The 4th bed is a couch/ fold out bed in the living room ( I missed that in the description if it was there).If you are going relatively soon there is construction going on , parking is difficult, and the pool was not open while we were there. However it is supposed to open on July 31. Cheryl was great about communicating after we were there. Overall, we had a great week. Cheryl and Denise’s condo is in great condition, the building itself is being worked on which requires blocking a lot of the parking area off. I would stay there again after the construction is over and the pool is open ( both of these things were out of the owners control). Great customer service from Cheryl.

Fantastic holiday stay

This property is everything state and more. The location is wonderful. Close enough to John's pass for a stroll. A candy shop across the street. A wonderful beach out front. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had a bunch of stuff to share which was a huge help. A great supply of books to read on the beach and toys, games, coolers, chairs made this a super easy trip. It's easy to tell this unit is appreciated. If in the area again, this place will be an obvious choice for a return visit.

You have found your place!

We cannot say enough about this place! We traveled with 3 adults and 2 teenage boys. Plenty of room! It is technically on the 4th floor but really it's the third floor. Guess they count the parking garage underneath as 1st floor. You will have your own parking spot so no issues with that. Guest parking as well. Direct ocean view! There is an elevator so no stairs to pack things up and down. So close to the water! If it was any closer you would be sleeping in the water. The water was calm, clear and fairly shallow if you enjoy ocean swimming. The kitchen has EVERYTHING! Lots of pots and pans, crock pot, air fryer, blender, etc... All appliances pretty much brand new. There is a whole outdoor storage closet full of beach things including sun tent. Tent in good condition. Easy up....easy down. And a wagon for the beach. Lots of towels, extra blankets, and fans, blow dryers, curling irons, etc. The best thing about this location is that the beach is not crowded at all. However if you prefer people...you can walk a short distance either way and get in on the action. Caddy's is like 2 blocks away. Very nice outdoor and indoor dining. Owners answer right away with any questions or concerns you may have! And that's a plus! Been on a lot of vacations. This place was easy in...easy out. Really...this place is great! Just pack your clothes and go!!!

This home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay at the beach! Beautiful home, quality appliances, bedding and well decorated. The BEST part was working with the owner before and during our stay! She was outstanding!

Great location

The condo was nice but our biggest problem was the air system because in order to get it cool in the master bedroom you had to have it freezing in the back bedrooms. The kitchen and drink station were very nice. The patio furniture needed replaced. The condo had everything you could ever want for the beach !

Clean condo with superb ocean view and amazingly well-stocked

What a fantastic place and owner! We flew so could not bring beach chairs, beach games with us. Didn’t need to because Cheryl already offers those things and more. This was the most well-stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in- she had everything from bandaids to laundry detergent to aluminum foil to condiments. She supplied beach towels and hand soap and shampoo. You can literally fly in, buy some groceries and you’re all set. The condo was spacious and clean and looked as though it had been recently renovated. Amazing unobstructed view of the ocean from the screened in balcony. Directly on the beach with access to a pool as well. Also can walk to John’s Pass for dinner or shopping. We saw dolphins in the water there every day and lots of them. Highly recommend!

Mid-Winter Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-month mid-winter getaway at Cheryl's Villa Madeira condo. First, the location - between Clearwater and St. Pete Beaches with much less traffic and a less crowded beach. Also, location was very convenient to grocery stores, drug stores, bars and restaurants and less than a mile from John's Pass, a tourist area with lots of shops, restaurants, jet ski rentals and cruises for sightseeing, dolphins and sunsets. But our favorite convenience, requiring a daily visit, was the great coffee shop Sweet Brewnette right across Gulf Blvd. from the condo. The unit itself was newly renovated and very comfortable including a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils. There were also a few pantry staples and a decent supply of unexpired herbs and spices. And you couldn't beat the view of the white sand beach and daily sunsets from the 4th floor screened in balcony. Would definitely recommend renting this unit.

Fabulous property

The owner was extremely personable & attentive to any needs we had. I love that literally everything we could possibly need were there including beach chairs & a wagon to make getting to the beach easier. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook and stay in for the night. Will definitely be back.

RELAXING VACA!!

The host Cheryl was very helpful with any questions or needs. Kitchen fully stocked, coolers for the beach, beach chairs. Location is great! Right on the beach! Exactly what we needed.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Location

I have no complaints about this condo. It is beautifully decorated and well supplied. We had everything we needed, down to spices in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

People who rent from us usually come back. Some come year after year, others whenever they are coming back to the area. Our unit is very clean and has that beachy feel to it. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating and usually maintain long-term relationships with their renters.
