Million Dollar View! Gulf Front Condo, 3 habitaciones / 2 baños en la playa de Madeira.

El dormitorio principal y la sala de estar tienen un balcón frente al mar con vista directa al Golfo de México. Hay 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos, una cocina completa y una gran sala de estar. Nuestra unidad espaciosa (1440 pies cuadrados) con aire acondicionado tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente. La unidad contiene una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo, sin cargo. Hay un amplio estacionamiento en frente del edificio, con un lugar de estacionamiento gratuito para inquilinos. (Si necesita 2 lugares de estacionamiento, consulte mi otra propiedad # 372943).
En una playa privada con piscina privada climatizada, las áreas privadas de picnic y barbacoa crean el paraíso perfecto.
El edificio tiene ascensores y escaleras. Hay restaurantes, tabernas, tiendas y atracciones a poca distancia. Desde parques de atracciones, golfo, Lowry Park Zoo, centros culturales, eventos deportivos, museos, casinos, acuarios, teatros, santuarios de vida silvestre, etc ... con 14 millas de playas de arena, nunca se aburrirá, ¡a menos que sea por elección!

So clean and comfortable

We have been vistiting Madeira beach for 25 years. This was our first stay at Las Brisas it was extremely clean, beds and couch were very comfortable. The pool, stairways were easy to access with a code. The condo had lots of little extra supplies, seasonings, paper goods that made our stay super easy. We loved having beach towels and lots of beach chairs. Another great stay at Madeira beach. We would highly recommend this condo. Communication with Cindy was fantastic. We even saw Manatees.

Excellent location, great property, stellar host!This condo is in a prime location, well appointed, clean, and with a great host!Check in was easy, with codes provided in advance along with important information about the property and area.Property was as-described, with everything we needed to have a great vacation. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, the AC kept up on the hottest well in Tampa history, the view was incredible and getting to the beach was so easy.As an added bonus, the host (Cindy) provides generous starter amenities like dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper towels, and even bathroom toiletries! There were also ample towels for our family. Cindy also generously offers use of her beach towels and beach toys/chairs/umbrellas which was a huge bonus that we were so grateful for.10/10 would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Cindy and her condo at Las Brisas, she obviously cares very much about her property and her guests.

We absolutely love this unit. The location is great. Only a mile from John’s Pass. Cindy is always quick to respond if you have any questions! The unit has been updated and looks great.

Beautiful beach front location

We had such a great time! The place is beautiful and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a great time at the beach. The beach (right outside the door) was perfect too. We even saw Manatees swimming by right in front of us.

Winter Paradise!

This condo is in the perfect location with all of the amenities of home! We loved sitting on the balcony, collecting sand dollars right outside of our door. Couldn't have asked for more!!

Love the location and owner amazing!

Confy was a a pleasure to deal with! Great communication from booking thru after stay. The only thing that would have fit is better is not having to pick up and return key. But we were aware of that prior to booking. Would recommend and would stay again! Thanks Cindy!

Perfect family friendly area

This place was perfect for us! It was right on the beach and had everything we needed. We had 5 adults and a 1 year old that stayed here looking for a place to relax on the beach at the condo was perfect for our group. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying coffee or watching the sunset. Will definitely be coming back again!

Great beachfront balcony

This condo was perfect for our extended family of 5 with the 3 bedrooms and 5 beds. The balcony was our favorite spot and plenty large enough for all 5 of us. The couch is large and the dining table for 6 was perfect for card games. We were getting ready to purchase a box fan to have on while sleeping (ambient noise) when we found one in the closest which was great! We had activities in Tampa, St Pete Beach, and Clearwater so the location was pretty central. The dishwasher is on its last leg.. The floors in the bedrooms have had the carpet in the pictures removed, which was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing family getaway

Property is old, but in general good shape. Lots of room for our group of 5. Unit provides beach chairs/towels/toys for use on beach. Beach area was very nice, and well maintained. This unit is super close to beach access and has a fabulous view of the beach/gulf. Being on the 1st floor worked out in our favor, as the one elevator is not very fast, and there seemed to always be a wait, so we just used the stairs. The kitchen is stocked with basics, but there are not a lot of serving bowls, containers - so if you plan on a sit down dinner, you might need to be creative, but it was still possible. There are a couple restaurants/bars in walking distance and grocery/shopping/entertainment is a short drive away. Johns Pass has a lot. Although check in/out is off property, it was relatively close and a very easy process. I had a couple small issues and the owner was very timely to respond to me. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the beach days. We will definately return in the future.

Second year in this unit

We spend a week at las brisas every summer for the last 12 years and we have stayed in many units. The last two years were spent in this unit and we hope to continue using it. It’s a beautiful unit and we appreciate the beach toys/chairs available.

Beach front Location and access to beach, shopping, and restaurants is great.

The units location to the beach is outstanding. Just steps to the white sanding beaches. The units dishwasher was broken before our stay and had to hand wash all the dishes during the stay. Appliance repair tech came out and said the dishwasher needs replaced and the refrigerator may need to be replaced as well because it would not make ice and freezer door was a challenge to open and drawers were missing parts. We killed between 10-15 palmetto bugs during our stay and spraying frequency needs to be increased. We are very clean people and the unit was not as clean as we would have expected and needs a deep cleaning, touch up paint, and carpet cleaning/replacement for future guests. Great access to the in unit washer/dryer, pool, grills, and some beach chairs, towels, toys for your use.

Enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas very much.

Condo was great but none of the patio doors locked. Luckly we had a friend that lived locally that hooked up up with some PVC piping to secure the doors when we left the property.

Great location and amazing view

This condo offers a stunning view with direct ocean access in a great area! The condo shows some wear, but is very spacious and had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, & toys!

Dirty cqrpet

This was a million dollar view from an aging condominium with really dirty carpet. The beds were not comfortable. The check in and check out was inconvenient. Plenty of space, but seriously dirty carpet.

Holiday Nightmare!

Very Dirty and Had 2 large roaches dead on floor and had a few during our stay. Also someone had my car towed from my Space. Tow truck driver said said the owner called and said I was parked in their space . the owner lives in Mich. when i got back my car was gone and some other car was in my space. cost me 166.00 to get my car out. bad Management! Very noisy people upstairs moving furniture etc

I didn't want to be 'near' the beach, I wanted a property ON the beach. I love to simply walk outside & this stunning beach is at your feet.
I wanted to be able to look out directly on the Gulf!
I wanted to be able to hear the sounds of the surf.
I wanted it to be large enough to bring my family there without feeling crowded.
This wonderful condo checked all my boxes!

It's within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, live music, etc...
Our building attracts families, both young and old. I love that multi-generations of a family can vacation together & everyone is comfortable. We've met wonderful people around the pool area, from all over the world.
