KPort Concierge is excited to share this home with you. Full of charming elegance, this 1917 home says quintessential Maine with its classic style construction and beautiful ocean views. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, cozy living room, dining room, and TV room. The location is set discreetly back from the main road, offers privacy and stunning ocean views. There is a big front porch to enjoy the sunrise and observe the lobster men checking their traps in the morning. The Screened in porch with a picnic table is great for outdoor dining. A newly constructed guest house has a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, full bath and lovely ocean views. The house was renovated in spring of 2020 and features new flooring and interior work.

Family break

Perfect for our multi generational family get together. Close to excellent beach at Gilbert Boucher Park. House is immaculately kept, and comfortable for all.

Fun Family time in Maine

We traveled from hot Houston to beautiful cool Maine in early September. The house was great for the 6 adults, one baby, and one child (age 3). The views of the ocean are amazing. It's a very quiet neighborhood which we liked very much. The family with the two kids stayed in the back house which was good for them. The other four adults were in the main house. There was plenty of room to spread out. The family room, which is minus the TV(that's in a separate room) was very comfortable for family gatherings. The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals. The only odd thing to us was the washer dryer which was in the basement was accessed through storm doors outside the house. This made it not really doable to do laundry at night. But they are nice appliances for day time laundry . The concierge staff that handles the home is very helpful and responsive. We all would recommend this house.

Five Star Stay in Biddeford Pool

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Biddeford Pool in August 2020. The home has lovely ocean views and is decorated to perfection. It's a short trip down to a great beach for the whole family and Biddeford Pool is an absolute gem. The management company and owner made everything very easy and welcoming. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed during our stay including a sweet guest house for friends/family. We travel a lot and I think this is the nicest home we have stayed in.

Lovely house and cottage with water views

We had a wonderful time during our week-long stay in Biddeford Pool. This home was spotless and had every amenity we needed to enjoy our time both in the home and nearby. Before our arrival, we received detailed instructions about the house and surrounding areas; we arrived a little early to check in and found the property manager double checking the housekeeping staff and making sure everything was “perfect”. Overall, we were quite impressed by the care taken by the home owners and property manager (KPort Concierge). Also, not sure whether there have been upgrades since previous reviews but the appliances and bathrooms were all modern and well-maintained.

Terrific Property

We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the property. On the plus side: - The views of the ocean are incredible. Listening to the ocean at night and waking up to the sunrise was amazing. - The house is in good condition, right on a rocky beach and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. - The neighborhood is great, quiet and lots of places to walk. - The guest-house arrangement was very nice. Really great if you are coming with a nanny, grandparents, or older children. - Everything was well stocked and easy to use. No issues at all with check-in or anything else No real downsides but a couple of things to keep in mind: - Even without Covid there aren't a lot of restaurants / things to do all that close. Many sites and restaurants in the vicinity but most of them 15-25 minutes away by car. We didn't mind this but if you were planning on going out to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you may be annoyed by the amount of driving. - Aspects of the house are a little dated. Mostly the kitchen and bathrooms. Not a big deal in a rental house and I think it was fairly priced but you are paying more for the view, location to beach, 2nd house on the property than you are for kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
