Overall, stay was good as I try to stay focused on the positive and be grateful however, home could use a deep cleaning, especially master bathroom, pool area is beautiful however definitely needs a deep cleaning and an overall upkeep (due to landscaping, witches, indeed, beautiful therefore it is a must to weed out the dead landscaping as it blows into the pool) Lots of spiderwebs. Definitely indicates no full attention to details. The back patio was too beautiful to ignore upkeep on landscaping.

This is a wonderful family house. My family gathered here for Thanksgiving week last year and it worked out so well that we booked again this year. Lots of different spaces for people to gather in, fully equipped kitchen... and the pool area is heaven. We had a hot water problem that Amanda helped us fix and was just generally very accommodating. Thank you Amanda!

The house was great! It had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive to all my questions. This was one of our kids favorite vacations. We will definitely be back!

Nice and comfortable place. Well furnished plus the pool and fountains were a great addition. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this host was the best by far. She was accessible immediately by phone or text for questions and information as needed.

My daughters and I were in town for a concert and this place was beautiful. The pool controls took a minute to understand and get it working (there are directions). The hot tub entrance looks more treacherous than it actually is, but you do have to step up some rocks to get there. The deep end of the pool is approx 6ft (?) just below the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The host responded quickly to my questions. The bedrooms are currently set up a little different. there is the master (which looks the same in the pics), but the 2 second bedrooms are different. Both have queen beds but one also has a set of bunk beds. The front room and living room are both sunken, so watch your step (I wasn't paying attention when I came inside with my arms full and looking around, not where I was stepping). Other than my own clumsiness, it was 10/10 and would definitely stay here again!!!

Immediately upon arriving at the property, we were impressed with the location and beautiful home. We arrived late and check in was super easy. Wifi access was perfect as I had to work remotely for a day. The pool was absolutely the best as we felt like we were on a private "island" - just what we needed. Also, the host's thoughfulness was demonstrated in that we didn't need to run out for anything - all was there for us to relax and enjoy. Thank you so very much!!

Just as the listing showed!!

We loved the house! We were worried the pool and grotto area would be too good to be true and not really how it looked in the pictues-BUT it was just as pictured!! It was lovely, a total oasis! The communication from the owners was top notch, the home was clean and so spacious! We had a teen and 12 yo and a set of grandparents with us and we were all so comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and would 100% recommend this house!

Great for weekend getaway

Host is very responsive. The pool/jacuzzi is amazing and has a tv with all the apps! Golf is right outside as well. We highly recommend and will be back

Great vacation house!

We stayed for 8 nights and it was the perfect vacation home for our family. Plenty of room inside and out. The pool and hot tub were so much fun. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. Good communication with the host.

Last minute booking

We found this house at the last minute. The house is a great size and in a quiet, working class neighborhood, across from a nice golf course. Overall, the house is a bit dated but it’s very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need. We had some issues with the hot tub but Tom was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for family get-together

We booked this house for Thanksgiving - my brother & wife live across the golf course. It was perfect for us, lots of different areas to gather in and a big well-stocked kitchen. Had a great time cooking the Thanksgiving meal with the parade on the big tv and pre-dinner drinks & snacks by the pool. The pool grotto was very private & made you feel like you were in another world. And the hot tub was fabulous! Internet wasn't working & Tom literally went the extra mile the day before T'giving to get it fixed. Great stay.

Just as fun as it looks

We actually had a different vacation house rented but it was canceled last minute due to circumstances outside of our control. We scrambled to find somewhere else to stay and once I saw the pics of this house, I was hooked! They graciously allowed us to stay on short notice and we are so glad they did. The house was beautiful, the master bathroom was like a spa and that pool was so. much. fun. I'm so glad things worked out the way they did, our family loved this place!

Pluses outweigh the Minuses

The plusses of our 8 day stay was enjoyable, met most of our needs, and our family & friends who came to the property were impressed. The minuses had to do with the pool area needing some maintenance & the hot was very difficult to get into from the above waterfall. Due to the fact the we had to ride out a hurricane, access to local TV channels were not available, along with a working flashlight. Damage occurred during this event and no one took the initiative to check on us We had to do all the communicating and resolve the issues. All the minuses would not prevent us to consider using this property again.

AMAZING PROPERTY

I can't even describe how amazing the communication was with the host, there was an issue from the previous guests that stayed, and the host was out WITHIN THE HOUR to fix the problem. We were able to be granted an early check in as well which is not very common on these platforms, without a doubt if I ever need a place to stay even within an hour of this property, I will choose to stay here again!

Nice pool home!

Hot tub was great, but hard to get in & out - couldn't get bubbles working. Very clean and nice! Could have used flat sheet on the beds & trash cans in the bedrooms.

Lovely oasis near USF

Amazing property with lots of space, very clean, quiet neighborhood, close to USF. Nice pool with waterfalls:) Highly recommend it. We loved it ❤️
