We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The home was spotlessly clean – everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was immaculate, and it felt like walking into a brand new space. Linens and towels were fresh, and there were thoughtful touches throughout that made the stay feel extra comfortable.Communication with the host was also excellent. They were very responsive, answering all our questions quickly and clearly, both before and during the trip. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we really appreciated the helpful tips provided in advance.Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a well-kept place with a communicative, reliable host!

We had such a great stay! The house was spotless, tidy, and felt freshly renovated. It had plenty of space for our family to spread out, and we really appreciated having two full bathrooms plus a half bath — such a lifesaver with kids. The bunk beds were perfect for them, and we loved how safe and secure the home felt with the Ring camera at the front door. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from downtown Greensboro, the Children’s Museum, and the Science Museum. The host went above and beyond — they were so accommodating when I made a booking error and were quick to respond to any questions. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Greensboro.

Annual Football Game

Very nice property that was recently renovated. Very close to NC A&T which was perfect because we went to Delaware/NC A&T football game. Neighborhood is quiet.

Very good communication with the host. Very clean house. Wonderful setup for our 4 year grandchild traveling with us. Plenty of entertaining toys. Fenced in backyard so he could run without us worrying. Supplied coffee and other amenities appreciated. Quiet neighborhood. We will try to rebook The Beech House when we return for our next visit!

We stayed here while we moved our daughter into Elon and it was fabulous! Comfortable, spacious, very clean and convenient! And the owner is wonderful to work with and very attentive to all details! Highly recommend!

Fabulous Host, Clean, Cozy, Comfortable House

Everything was just as expected. The host was extremely attentive, which was amazing, since we had an issue with the front door lock and they took care of it immediately. Overall we had a great stay! Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Girls Weekend

5 of us meet for a girls weekend from 3 different states ... the house is perfect plenty of room and very nicely appointed ... We are already talking about a return trip. Greensboro has a lot to offer and the house is close to downtown. Perfect weekend getaway!

Lovely home

The house is just as it appears in pictures but even better! Each bedroom was great and the main living room and kitchen were comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is quiet and close to many things. Saturday morning farmers market is just down the street snd worth visiting. Would definitely recommend!

This house was amazing. It was everything and more than we needed for our trip to Greensboro. Reginald was extremely responsive to us answering any message we sent within moments and kept in contact with us, checking on us, theoughout. If you are a family traveling with kids... The Beech is a much better option than staying at a hotel. Get your evenings back by putting the kids to bed and relaxing in the living room. Don't want to be crowded in a small hotel room, try lounging in the backyard on the back deck!. Read the reviews on all websites.
