Beautiful home and view! Host was very communicative and kind. Would love to come visit again! Note that the home is up some very steep narrow roads but we managed with a large SUV just fine.

Thank you Erik for your review. Yes Mill Valley roads are narrow, but that is part of the charm. Many Mill Valley residents drive SUV, it takes some getting used to for people from other parts of the country. Glad it wasn’t a problem for you.

This home was delightful, sunny, comfortable, private, quiet, well appointed, fantastic outdoor deck, views galore, and extremely relaxing. We highly recommend this home! The close proximity to area attractions (Muir Woods, Stinson beach, Golden Gate National Park) was excellent. Local restaurants, especially Bungalow 44, were top notch. The home had everything you could possibly need! We had a deer and her new baby come sit in the trees out the kitchen window one morning for over an hour - a real surprise and treat. You won't soon forget your stay here.

This was just perfect. Well appointed, perfectly situated and very comfortable. It was a very special experience to have such a lovely "home" while we were helping our daughter convalesce from an injury rather than trying to manage in a hotel. Would definitely recommend and are likely to be return customers!

Our stay at this property was amazing. The views were incredible, the kitchen was well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. We live in SF and had to temporality move while our apartment was doing construction and we found our home away from home! Highly recommend!!

Not sure I replied to this. There is no first floor tenant. The bottom part of the house is not for rent. It is a studio with a separate entrance and I keep it for myself as an office and I let occasional guests from Europe stay there. I am European and sometimes friends visit.

Great space, deck and view

We loved our two week stay here, probably as much as any VRBO stay we have had across California. The open plan living space is wonderful but it is the wonderful, large deck and fantastic views that make the place truly special. We will definitely go back for a repeat visit.

Overall the experience was seamless. Location and view were our top favorites. I have been happily living in this house since I purchased it. It is my home, but given the fact that I travel a lot, I have decided to share it with sensitive travelers that would enjoy the same things I do - the peace and quiet, the sun, the outdoor activities and the proximity of a beautiful city such as San Francisco.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The views and the privacy are spectacular!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house is spacious, modern, light and beautifully furnished. I have a lot of books, music and unusual art, and a very sunny deck where I like to sit and read, take a tub or simply lounge and get a tan.

I love to walk to town at sunset for a little shopping, and I love to hike the trails right behind my house where I can enjoy sweeping views of the entire Bay area.

Mill Valley is a quaint little town with good restaurants, 2 Whole Foods markets, a farmer's market on Friday, great shops, theater's and a very convenient gym and health spa facility. It is only 25/30 minutes from downtown San Francisco, close to the beaches and not far from the Napa Valley. The weather is sunnier than in San Francisco, but it rarely gets too hot. My house is in a perfect neighborhood for a woman traveling a lot, and I never have to lock my door when I'm home and feel perfectly safe.
