Equipped with every essential tool, from pancake flippers to wine openers, our kitchen caters to both gourmet feasts and casual meals. At its core lies the dining space, comfortably seating eight and with island space for FIVE(!) more; a place for shared tales, inevitable spills, and heartwarming moments. More than a kitchen, it's where stories simmer and memories are plated.

Other things to note

☞ NUMBER OF GUESTS:
MAXIMUM of 10 guests or 8 adults. Please only sleep children on the bunkbed. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the number of people staying at the property. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per person per night after 10 guests.

☞ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code.

☞ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Check in is anytime after 4pm. A check-in before 4pm will incur additional fees. This is highly dependent on the availability of our cleaners.

Check out is 11am. No late check-outs, our cleaners need time to properly clean the property before the next guests arrive.

☞ WIFI PASSWORD:
You will be provided the password no earlier than 24 prior to check-in.

☞ AMENITIES:
Please enjoy the fully equipped kitchen along with all the appliances and cookware provided! There is a Keurig coffee maker that can brew both a KCup or a pot of coffee. We have provided a starter pack of coffee, please purchase more to get you through your stay.

A full size washer and dryer are available for your use. A few laundry pods are provided, please plan on purchasing more if you need to.

Paper towels, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash can liners, bathroom hygiene products and toilet paper are supplied in limited quantities and will not be restocked during your stay. Please be prepared to purchase more should you need to replenish.

☞ PETS:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs each are allowed. Please do not leave them alone in the home and please clean up after them. The pet fee is $150 for up to 2 dogs.

☞ SMOKING:
Smoking and vaping are NOT allowed inside. Feel free to utilize the large backyard and front patio instead. There are also outdoor chairs located in the back hallway closet. Please make sure to clean up all debris.

☞ SECURITY CAMERAS:
There are two security cameras on the property—one on the front porch and one in the back yard. These are for your safety and the protection of the property. They both record video and audio at all times. They also detect motion and may activate the flood light at the same time.

☞ REFUNDS:
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather-related issues or natural disasters.
