Nice & neat property, chad was very prompt with response. 2 things to keep in mind: house right on the road, get very loud in the bedrooms starting 5am. Very minimal pots, pans and utensils.

It was a very nice house, close to lots of restaurants and a grocery across the street.The only slight off thing is that there were no hand towels for the bathroom and only 3 bath towels( I thi k the cleaning crew left it all in the dryer as it was full when I did laundry 3 days into the stay.)We would stay there again.

Ideal accommodation for Graduating family visits.

Stayed at this property for a few days as a base for our son’s graduation day. Ideal spot, 5 minutes into Belmont and 5 minutes to the college. As described very comfortable and the host was very helpful.

Clean and spacious

This home seems recently revitalized. Minimal decor which isn’t bad- doesn’t feel like you are in someone’s personal space so much. Spacious. Beds firm- good pillows helped. Bath new and clean. Kitchen had basics. Only drawback is that is on a busy street so there is some road noise. Can park close to door for easy load in/out.

Great Choice

Me and my two boys went to North Carolina to zip line and sky dive so we chose this VRBO because it was inbetween these two activities. The house was perfect size and was very clean and we were able to check in early since there wasn’t anyone staying before us. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had. It was a great choice for sure!!

Cozy little home

We really enjoyed staying in Belmont the house we rented was very quiet and really cozy very enjoyable and Chad was very good communicating to see if we needed anything and also helped us with getting into thr place when my husband and I couldnt gain access to the house he was very quick to respond to our needs we often come here this timebof yyear for Church so we would love to rent again next year if its available and if were here thank you Chad for making your home so enjoyable

This place was fine for our group of 3. It was spacious in the living area, kitchen and bedrooms. We appreciated the retro, yet modern decor.We agree with other comments that mention no window coverings in the dining area which was odd. People on the main road could see in to that part of the house and kitchen. The road noise was a lot during the morning and evening, but did quiet down most over-nights.Overall cleanliness wasn't bad, but we did wipe down a few spots that hands touch often (remotes and light plates), because those did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival.

Location

Couldn't have picked a better place to stay! The home is inviting, clean, off the street for privacy, and convenient to downtown. The host was awesome and quickly responded to my communication as well as providing me with all we needed for our stay. I recommend this home for anyone looking in the Belmont, NC area.

It was an okay stay

It was OK. The trashes were full when we got there, even though a cleaning company was supposed to have come, and there was black ants all on the counter in the kitchen. The washer machine was broken for the first two days the host came by during the day while we were out to put in a new one. Altogether it was an OK stay. There is very limited kitchen utensils, and things to cook with not even salt and pepper shakers. There are no televisions in any of the rooms and the towels were super thin. It’s acceptable if you are planning on staying somewhere, but not being in the rental itself very much.

Our stay in Belmont was centered around a visit with local family members and this home was the perfect place to overflow!
