Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of restaurants, galleries, and shopping in the area.A word of warning if you're not good with stairs, it's on the fourth floor and there's no elevator. There's an ancient elevator but it doesn't work.

Amazing location and property! Right in the heart of Old Montreal. Host was super responsive and getting in was a breeze (I had read others had trouble, it was very straight forward)Cannot wait to start here again my next trip.

The space was light and homey, in a convenient location. It was nice and clean, and provided a perfect place for our Old Town stay. Even though we had no time to use it, the kitchen is fully equipped. Be prepared to climb stairs, but the reward is worth it! Would definitely return.

This is a fantastic place and we will absolutely be back for another stay. The location is wonderful, close to everything , and the loft is very spacious. The cleaning team was still there upon our arrival and requested more time to finish, which wasn’t ideal, but we had a wonderful stay overall.

Peaceful and Perfect

On the top floor of a three story walkup, the apartment was filled with light, quiet, and convenient for walking anywhere in Old Montreal.

Great location

Wonderful kitchen, roof deck and location! We stayed here with our adult daughters and their partners and had a wonderful time exploring Montreal. The apartment was clean and as lovely in person as in the pictures. I just recommended to a friend!

Perfect Location for a Girls Weekend

Our group had a wonderful time in Old Montreal. The location could not be beat. Right in the middle of all that Old Montreal has to offer with shops and restaurants, as well as Old Port. The property was immaculate, well equipped and comfortable and we really enjoyed the rooftop space which was very private. We drove in and parking behind the building was very convenient. Would love to stay here again! **would note is a 3rd floor walkup, which was no issue for us but may be for some.

In the heart of everything

This penthouse couldn't have been more perfect for a long weekend in Montreal for our family. It was in an ideal location- walkable to so many restaurants and sites in Old Montreal and an easy spot to grab a cab or Uber to access other parts of the city. Clear communication with the host throughout our time there helped to ensure that there were no surprises or hiccups. The space was beautiful and extremely comfortable for our party of 6.

Wonderful loft in Old Montreal.

Wonderful and spacious loft, in old town. Everything a short walk. Only small issue was with the building hallway which was not as clean as it could be (the apartment itself was spotless). And took us a while to figure out parking but would happily return. Thank you Sandy for your help and responsiveness.

Location, location, location

This place was an ideal spot to start and end your day visit Old Montreal. Close to a coffee shop (2 minute away) and dinner choice’s magnifique! Packing light will be helpful going up the 3 flights of stairs. But it’s worth it. Quiet roof deck. Rooms were quiet. Some street noise came in through the windows but is expected in my view given the beautiful age of the building. Facilitates were up to date. Place was clean and well maintained. Will recommend to anyone!

Escape Challenge

As best as we can tell, this listing is a SCAM.We were expected to navigate our way through a series of unmarked doors (although the owner claims they were marked) and a narrow stairwell and apparently try the provided door codes on every door in the building. We ran into a dead end and called the provided “emergency phone number” 3 times and left a message. To this date, our emergency calls have never been returned. Being in a foreign country, at the dead end of an old stairwell, and hearing no reply to our emergency calls for help, while our children were scared, we aborted the “escape room challenge.” In response, the “hosts” eventually responded to our VRBO app messages (but never our phone calls or voicemail) to suggest that we were too dumb to understand the instructions and we would be charged in full.

No Air condition! Poor response

A loft with broken a/c. Could not sleep. Property manager did not care to help. 2 nights and no repair person came…could not breathe. The manager kept sending automated responses of ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. In the end, as I suspected from the beginning they did not care to fix the problem. It was 32 degrees outside and 89 degrees inside!!!

We had a girls’ weekend with my sisters and mom for her 70th birthday. This property was in a perfect location, newly renovated, VERY clean, and easy access. It was beautifully decorated, had multiple rooms, and an exquisite rooftop patio. The only negative was it doesn’t have a closet, but had hooks in the rooms.
