Unique, Modern and Lovely Space!

You will love this peaceful and centrally-located place in East Providence, we have prepared the perfect space for you to feel comfortable and pleased, whether you are coming as a tourist, visiting family-friends or for business matter, this is the place you were looking for.

We are close to many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, shopping stores, parks, entertainment centers, highway, etc. We are 5 mins away from Seekonk.

Downtown Providence - 7 mins away
India Point Park - 6 mins away
The space
The apartment comprises one bedroom with an open concept kitchen-living room and 1 bathroom.

The living room has a modern, comfy and easy to use sofa-bed, smart TV and seats for up to 4-5 guests, we also have a mini splits cooling and heating system.

Kitchen is equipped with microwave, toasters, blender, coffee machine, electric can opener, cups, mugs, bowls, plates, pots and pans are provided so you can prepare your own meals and hot drinks in the comfort of your home away from home. We offered Coffee, sugar, cream and some tea.

Bedroom has the most comfortable memory foam mattress, hangers, iron, iron board, first aid kit, luggage rack/holder, you will also find a dedicated workspace with a nice desk and chair.

Bathroom has the essential you'll need such as shampoo, body wash, hand soap, cotton, swabs...

East Bay Bike Path - 4 mins away
Swansea Town Beach - 18 to 20 mins away
RI Hospital - 6 mins away

We have Self Check-in, after we received the confirmation of your stay, you will get a code, just need to add the number symbol # at the end to allow access.

Apartment door its in the back of the house where you'll find the smart lock.

This property was perfect! Clean, organized, and in a quiet neighborhood. Located a short drive to many different restaurants and shops! Would definitely recommend :)

My husband and I stayed at the rental for 4 nights. It is a basement unit but we heard very little noise from the people in the above unit. The property was as per the listing and pictures. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a lot to do in the area.

Pamela’s basement apartment was just what we needed for a quick stay with easy driving access to downtown Providence. The bed was comfy and all the small touches were appreciated.

What they did with this space is amazing. Snazzy fixtures, well thought out touches of color and modern amenities made the small area very liveable. The location is great for exploring Rhode Island, especially the beautifully scenic eastern shores of the bay, but it's also minutes from Downcity Providence...yes, it's Downcity, not Downtown. There was a festival happening just down the road at the Portuguese Church. We wound up going twice for the food. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and we had no worries walking around at all...even after a few sangrias at the festival. :) Speaking of food, make sure to walk to the Taunton Avenue Bakery for pasteis de natas! And the sandwiches are great too!

Good basement space

We were in town for a race and this property was within walking distance so worked well. The 11 checkout wasn't workable for the race time and they gave us an hour for an extra $20. There is noise from above but doable. Nice place!

Reception Weekend

A friend and I came to RI for a 1 night stay for our friends wedding reception gathering local near by. This place is so cute sweet simple and had everything you need. It also has such calm beach vibes you forget your in a city area! Hosts were great with communication when needed!! Images are 100% accurate. Loved It. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful space

I had to find a place in Rhode Island for my son, 19, to stay for a few weeks to finish up his schooling. We looked into a hotel and I wasn’t comfortable with that. We stumbled upon this property and without even speaking to the hosts, I felt at ease. After booking and speaking with the host, Pamela, I knew my son with be comfortable, safe and I would not have to worry. When I say this place is beautiful, it feels like an understatement. This apartment was beautifully decorated, and so very clean! Pamela, the host went above and beyond messaging me assuring me my son was safe and could reach out to them if he needed anything. I am so grateful to have found this wonderful property and Pamela! This will be our go to place when we need to spend time in RI! Thank you, Pamela! You are a Godsend.
