Relax in comfort in a quiet, safe neighborhood the perfect place for large gathering or just for a-couples, We have comfy bed, kitchenette, a clean bathroom, a dining, living room area and large front-backyard with seating area and the above ground swimming pool, Pool is (Not Heated), BBQ island- Grill, and Pizza oven and the backyard is all fenced. We offer Wi-Fi free and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. 4/2baths Our location is great, nearby, shopping, restaurants, and just minute off I -80 freeway.

Staycation, all we ever wanted

We had a great time. Love the pool! Lots of room to stretch out. The house was clean, and the amenities were on point. Lots of super helpful signs all over. Finishes could use a little freshening up, but like I said it was clean and nice.

Nice Spacious Home in Sacramento

Had an enjoyable stay as a first-time VRBO renter. There seemed to by way more house “rules” than I would have expected (all kinds of notes posted in every room). But the house was spacious and clean. There is a very large backyard area with an unheated pool…all of which are nice.

Excellent rental. Had all amenities.

The hosts were excellent to deal with. Prompt and courteous with all communication. Property fit our needs nicely for an 11 night stay. We recommend.

Weekend getaway

The house was true to the pictures. Well maintained home. Although everything was well after we left the owner sent a message that was nice and I responded that it was a fabulous time so all was good. Later after traveling home I get a message from the owner that I’m unprofessional and rude because he thought we uploaded a photo of him and someone else. I have no idea what he was talking about. Him kept telling me that a member from my group did upload this photo that I have never seen ever. Then I ask the people in my group about the situation. my friend said she turned the tv on in the living room and a picture was already on the screen. After everything I still apologize for something I did not do or any member from my group did! How would we even have access to upload his photo and we don’t even know what he looks like. Very odd situation. For him

Senior softball retreat

Place was easy to find, parking was excellent. Rooms were clean. Four bedrooms, but only two bathrooms. Keurig coffee was very nice, with lots of coffee pods. Shower connected to the main bedroom was small but lots of water - felt great, but a bar of soap would have been a lot better than liquid soap. TV was streaming only. I had to sign into my personal Peacock account to watch the Olympics. The thermostat didn't seem to want to stay at a cool temperature. Not sure what was going on there. Pool felt really good and the patio was awesome. I'd stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home! Everything you need to have a fabulous time is here! The pool was an amazing bonus! Enjoyed the pool floats. Great location!

Cons: Floors and closets were not very clean. Large Extra fees for bringing more people. Backyard is an okay size, but the grass is dead. No bathtubs Pros: Good neighbor good, I talked to most the neighbors they were very nice 👍 Good area Pool was clean when we arrived Seemed safer than other parts of town. Rooms and beds were all clean. Never saw any bugs inside. Front lawn was very nice Drive way could probably fit 3-4 small cars or 3 normal cars or 2 trucks Biggest con would be the extra guest fees. I recommend removing this and just charging a higher cleaning fee if the guests do not leave the house how they found it/clean up after themselves. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Amazing Family Vacation

Excellent!! Beautiful house! Organized, clean. Every small detail posted for review. I wish that we lived closer. We would definitely come back to this lovely home. The patio & Pool Area are very therapeutic. A very quiet neighborhood.

Birthday gathering

The host is an excellent communicator, which made the stay very pleasant. The property was well setup and was exactly as represented. There were 6 adults and one ten year old in the group.

Surprisingly quiet!

Very nice house near Watt avenue, but surprisingly peaceful and quiet being that it's close to a busy area. The back yard is fabulous and great for grilling and relaxing outside. Will definitely be back next time we're in Sacramento.

My stay

House was beautiful as listed.Check in was smooth. However there was a bit of miscommunication on extra fees. We wished was made more clear in the beginning. Otherwise my stay was well!

Nice property with a few quirks

This was a pretty nice place. It has an above ground pool in the back which came in handy. The pool is not heated, so at times it can be a little cool. The master bedroom only has a tiny sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom/closet/shower. Did not have very many spices for cooking, including salt and pepper. The fridge is in a bad location and hits against a wall making it difficult to access the freezer portion. Lots of signage around the house letting you know the rules and expectations which I appreciated. Kerry answered quickly when I had questions or concerns, good host.

4 of us stayed here and had plenty of space. Great backyard patio area in a large yard. Wuiet neighborhood. Would stay here again. Friendly host and attentive via text.
