Coastal 2-bedroom 2 bath vacation villa 1 block to the beach. This 2nd floor villa offers an open floor plan with coastal feel and a view from the kitchen to the living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar for your morning cup of java, and a washer and dryer for your vacation convenience. There is a nice sized deck for sitting and relaxing with deck furniture and beach supplies. The Master Bedroom has a new queen bed and on suite private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 1 twin bed,1 full bed and a bath. The living room has a pull-out queen sofa, and a large screen smart TV for fall weekend sports.

The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off.

The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months.



There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a free trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car.

Other Things to Note:

No parking fees at Fiddler's Cove. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.



Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.





Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.
