Please be aware that an additional fee applies if you plan to host an event during your stay. This fee is required for all gatherings to ensure proper arrangements.

Please note:

1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.

4) No Hunting on the property

5) No fireworks on the property

6) Please make us aware of any pets you intend to bring to the property. Pet fees will apply per pet per stay. The pet fee is $250 per pet.

7) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us. If that number changes and is more than 16, an extra guest fee that is $20 per person per night plus service fee and taxes will apply.

8) All day time visitors must be registered and included in the guest count.

9) No visitors allowed without permission; including visitors pets.

10)Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $35.

11) No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass. Slip and slides are allowed, but you can`t use soap. After using the slip and slide, it should be removed and not left in one spot on the grass for more than 8 hours.

There is a slight sulphur content in the water in this area, which leads to a mild smell. We have filtration systems in place to address this issue, but a faint odor resembling rotten eggs may still persist. This occurrence is not unusual, and the majority of individuals are not bothered by it. However, occasionally, a few people may find it unpleasant. Please keep this information in mind.
-All guests must be included in the reservation count. Please message us if the number of guests increases after booking or exceeds the 16 guest max listed. There will be a $20 fee per person, per night after the first 16 guests.

-Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $250 per stay. Please contact us if you intend to bring a pet.

-No Smoking or vaping inside

-No events or parties without permission. If you have an event or party without permission or if you have more guests than what you have registered a fee will be added at the discretion of the owners.

-Quiet hours for the property are between 11 PM and 7:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
