Welcome to 0ur home, nestled in the heartland of the Iroquois’ and Seneca Nations, amidst NY State’s fabulous Finger Lakes Area. Here you will find year-round activities: Golf, boating, and hiking our glens Spring. Summer and Fall. Hiking and incredible Fall foliage. A great Ski area (Bristol Mountain) minutes away. And the blossoming of Spring. Wine tasting and tours year around. Our private tour guide is the best in the Finger Lakes (priced separately).

My life, from this location, has been one of many directions; skiing, boating, flying, hiking, and now retreating to golf. The Finger Lakes is a marvelous location to enjoy most any adventure one could desire.

Going to bed each night and rising to the beautiful sunrise over the lake is reason enough to have selected this location to call home. An abundance of bird and wildlife are icing on the cake.

I believe my property is unique in that it is one of a kind architecturally (cedar sheathed post and beam), and situate for it's beautiful relaxing view of the lake, framed by oak and hickory trees.
The lake, while providing a beautiful viewscape and location for all sorts of adventure is presently not accessible from my property. Our plan is to develop Lake Access with dock and boating privileges.
When that day arrives the price per stay will obviously need to increase. Any previous renter will be given a 20% discount in perpetuity.
