A worry free stay, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the nature around you, from the birds to a beautiful sunset. Incredible kitchen with a nice coffee station, and a hot and cold water dispenser. Ceiling and standing osculating fans, for the days when it isn't as breeze. With this open concept, you can watch tv from the dinning table (that seats six), or from the comfort of the couch. The bedrooms are very spacious, with blackout curtains for those days when you feel like sleeping in. Let's not forget the bathroom, with the rain shower head. You will feel the freshness of nature with out having to be out in nature. So come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

The apartment is clean and modern with some chic flair. Kitchen is spacious and great for those who want to cook on vacation like us. The view of Stumpy Bay Beach and beyond from the large Balcony is perfect! Recommended!

Amazing views! Large porch with nice furniture to have morning coffee and early evening drinks! A bit hard to find but if you look for the pictures Tatiana posted you should be good! We were also there during Hurricane Erin and Tatiana checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She also let our daughter stay an extra day when her flight was cancelled. Overall a great experience!!!!!

Beautiful and breezy

This was a beautiful way to spend our first night and first morning on the island. It was the best of the tropics with variety of fruits trees surrounding the property. The patio presented a wonderful ocean view and the refreshing ocean breeze. The location was easy to get to with the directions provided. We did appreciate having a Jeep for some of the hills/curves. There wasn't really much in the way of a neighborhood but provided a wonderful quiet night.

Beautiful views from the home. Location about 15 min outside of town of Charlotte Amalie which was perfect. Had a table top ice maker and a cold water dispenser which was great to have.

The rental gave us a really nice experience with its stunning view of the ocean. The house had a very modern feel to it and it felt really surreal. The kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer all helped us on a daily basis, the house was kept very clean and had all the required amenities. Owner was very responsive to our queries and has put it a lot of thought in making our stay very comfortable.. we would love to come back to this place again for next vacation visit. The following items are something you need to be aware of before you decide on it. Getting there was a little bit difficult due to the access road which is a little hidden from the Fortuna road and the access road to the property wasn’t really paved. The rental was located to the west side of the Island, so we had to drive for about 25 minute to go to the main area of the island for stores and restaurants. There is no AC and we couldn’t close the windows completely as the insects were making a lot of noise in the night. Otherwise, really good Vacation rental, would recommend to others.

Beautiful as pictured!

The property was great! The views were incredible, the porch is nice and long as pictured. The bedrooms were spacious and we felt we had everything we needed during our stay. The water dispenser was a really nice bonus to the property so that we didn’t constantly have to purchase water. I felt the property was spacious and relatively quiet. The owner was very nice and helpful during our stay. One thing I do want to mention is that the power went out 3 of the 5 days we rented the property (island wide for several hours each time) I don’t know if it was bad timing or if this happens a lot; either way, it is something to consider. The owner did drop off a backup battery to assist if the power were to go out again so that we could have fans, which was very nice. Overall, we would stay here in the future, especially considering they are having AC installed!

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Appartement. Es ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. 1 großer Wohn-/Essbereich (mit großem Kühlschrank und Eiswürfelmaschine) mit offener Küche und 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit einem Deckenventilator und einem mobilen Ventilator, aber auch querlüften ist gut machbar. Im Wohnzimmer steht zusätzlich ein Klimagerät.Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, entschädigt dies aber mit einer traumhaften Aussicht vom Balkon aus und liegt gefühlt mitten in der Natur. Den nötigen Mietjeep konnten wir auch unkompliziert direkt bei der Gastgeberin mieten.Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und total hilfsbereit (z.B. Übergabe des Mietwagens am Fährhafen, Rückgabe am Flughafen) und hat uns einige Inseltipps mit auf den Weg gegeben.Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden - wenn es nicht so weit wäre - bestimmt wiederkommen.Im Woj

Amazing property with fruit trees and a gorgeous view. The house was stunning. Updated amenities. Only downside was, no air, but fans. Other than that… everything was excellent!

Wonderful Stay!

Amazing property on the east end of St. Thomas. Easy checkin process, clean, and great views from the balcony. The condo had all the amenities - from towels to ice maker to coffee. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Awesome little place.

Everything you'll need is provided in this place. We really appreciated the water dispenser, the laundry units, and even toothpaste (ours was confiscated by TSA).You'll love the place. Book it!

Amazing place

This stay was so nice. Everything was exactly what the pictures showed. I will most definitely stay here again. The host was very easy to communicate with. Although there was no A/C I can tell you that all the ceiling fans and floor fans were all you need. Everything was so nice and clean. The beds felt amazing. The owner had everything we needed such as toilet tress, towels, cloths etc

Top notch to the smallest details.

Everything was sparkly clean, up to date, and beautifully appointed down to the smallest details. Beach chairs, towels, toiletries of every kind, great wifi, hot and cold filtered water, great appliances and all seemingly new. No AC but fans and good breezes.

The view was breathtaking. They definitely put thought into your stay. The only thing that was missing was a.c. However, there were plenty of fans and the breeze up in the mountains were suffice. We'd definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay

The stay was nothing short of amazing. The only issue was it said it had AC but it didn’t. Other than that everything was great. Would highly recommend this house to all my friends and family. The host she was amazing I can’t remember her name but she was very helpful and constantly made sure everything as good.

Was very quite and remote from road noise. Had very nice Sunrise and Sunset views. Even though it was up in the mountains, it didn't take that long to get around or go to other areas,
