Perfect location

The place is as described in the pictures. The host was responsive from when I landed to leaving. The location is perfect if you want to be close to everything but still feel like you are away from everyday life.

Good place to rent at reasonable price.

Great stay!

This is a very nice, clean apartment. Check in was easy and it was well stocked with just about anything you could need for a fun beach vacation. The host was perfect - check in and check out were easy, and she was readily available for any questions It is conveniently located, but there’s not much shoulder on the road at that spot, and no sidewalk. So - would definitely recommend renting a car.

A long weekend in St. Thomas

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra's place. All areas of the apartment were very clean and there were more than enough towels for everyone, including beach towels. I like how we were provided with equipment needed for the beach, like beach chairs and snorkels. It is very close to shopping centers, restaurants and grocery stores. Sandra was very responsive too. This place was well worth what we paid for.

Our family of 4 adults, 2 kids stayed at this property in Oct 2024 and it was sensational - the highlight of our stay in St Thomas. This lovely guesthouse is a hidden gem tucked away in Havensight. This guesthouse is unassuming yet comfortable. It’s a home away from home. It’s near to malls, food outlets, a children’s museum, supermarket, tram and shopping. Our booking erroneously stated party of 1 but the hosts were amazing. They reached out to us prior to our arrival and catered for us throughout our stay. Highly recommend!! Will definitely be staying there again!

Great Clean Stay

For starters, communication with the hosts were splendid and kept us up to date with everything. Check in and out was easy. House was clean and prepped very well. Included amenities and items that are helpful and all were listed! Easy find - host will provide details through message. I truly enjoyed the homey feel. Cool during warm weather. Thank you for everything, I would recommend.

As described

Property was clean and communication was good. They had beach toys and chairs as well as snorkels and beach towels for guests to use which was a plus. Location is near shopping at Havensight. If that is the area you want to be at, you cannot ask for a better location. It is difficult to find initially, be sure to communicate with them about this, but they responded immediately!

Location location

Great location providing easy access to Havensight mall for shopping and dining, or walk along the harbor into Charlotte Amalie. A little challenging finding the spot at first, so a landmark could be included to make it easier to find. We traveled as a family of four and two bedrooms 2 baths was very convenient. Full size appliances made getting breakfast easier. Would have loved a washer/ dryer. Enjoyed available NETFLIX and WIFI kept us connected. Toiletries, beach towels, and beach chairs were provided. Easy to get to beaches by taxi or rental car. It was nice to sit on the porch and watch the cruise ships dock and leave the harbor, but the plants around were overgrown. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again on another visit. 😊👍

Very cute spacious getaway in the right spot 🥰

I am from the island but our home is still under construction from the hurricane so we were elated to find this spot next to Havensight at the price we got . The check in process was smooth, owner came to meet us at the door. She was quickly responsive with our needs. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and bathroom toiletries and each room has it's own remote controlled ac unit and fans and TV. Luz was so pleasant and they even had a basket full of beach items and chairs and book of things to do on the island . We also enjoyed the small patio area during the night and day. The beds were super super comfortable we wanted to leave with them..lol I recommend this property hands down and would book again. Luz stated they will be making improvements to add washer and dryer and a bigger verdana. I can only imagine the experience then if it is already so nice, cozy inviting and spacious now. You will enjoy yourself here. Thanks for hosting us!
