Esta casa se ubica en un lote de esquina, dando a su grupo un excelente mirador al alcance de la escena. Hay tres dormitorios y dos baños en esta gran casa de vacaciones Put-in-Bay. Hasta diez personas pueden permanecer en el alquiler. Los huéspedes entran esta casa y pasan por la lavadora y la secadora siempre. Overpriced

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is definitely a very expensive place to stay. You need to bring your own linen, doors do not lock. They say quiet at 11. That's when it gets crazy around the property. I saw multiple drunk people crashing golf carts.

Don't get what you pay for.

I am not 21 and just partying. I was there for a family visit. No smart tv, only 1 TV, hole in bathroom wall, fridge door broken, the inside door holders, again, broken. This was supposed to be an upgrade, due to scheduling issue, I would have been extremely upset if the other property was worse. There were many minor details that just needed attention such as ceiling fan light being out, counters are starting to look bad with cuts and such, toilet seat was hanging on by a thread. It was clean, just not what I expected for the price.

Girls trip successful

Reviewer Comments: Check in very easy! 3 bed 2 bath home was clean however there were numerous areas in walls and doors with holes or unfinished repairs that aesthetically if fixed , would’ve made the hime much more presentable. The space for our party of 6 was more then ample and the deck spaces with picnic tables very appreciated. Parking for 2 cars great. Step up into home from driveway very high and really needs another step to enter home with ease. Home cooled great and good hot water even with 6 women showering. We couldnt get the gas grill to work but given late hour we just used oven. Toaster didnt work and when i called to report, they immediately showed up with a replacement. We were there Sunday thru Wednesday intentionally chosen to avoid wild parties both in town and in the cottage community. 2 nights had people not following noise rules and one night police came and the other night an hour after we called the manager the noise stopped. It was well past MN. Pool was steps away and was clean tidy and chairs and tables nice! We rented a 6 person golf cart and they deliver to your door! Highly recommend golf cart rental to really see the island. Every time we called manager the gals and guys who answered were so friendly and helpful and responsive! We treated the home as our own respecting space and not causing damage unlike others before us who caused damage to walls and doors. I hear this community is crazy wild on weekends but we found it to be mostly family friendly during the Sunday-Wednesday stay. We’d stay there again and quite happy to have packed our cars with food drinks and extra paper products and ferry over on Miller Ferry. This was a girls trip consisting of 1 granny , two moms , and 3 granddaughters and we truly enjoyed it all!

Reviewer Comments: Would’ve been higher but the trash is always full, they don’t pick it up correctly (only take the top bag out of the can) the staff fills up the garbage cans and you have no where to put the trash. Had to tell the maintence guy to take mine out to the road for trash pickup as they seem to do only half the houses.

We rented golf carts from the Island Club which were waiting for us when we got there....very convenient. We would recommend the Island Club to others.

The Island Club was fine, disappointed with the cottage/rental

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was 'clean' when we arrived, but in disrepair. Broken furniture, broken screens, no drain plug for garden tub, shower in M.Bath wouldn't drain, chew marks from pets or bugs, outlets not easily accessible in rooms...etc. We thought there wasn't much for utensils or dishware either. NEVER thought to check the dishwasher. Yup, in there, but was cycled without dirty. HAVE to comment, that the staff took care of a lot of the issues - they were superb...BUT, this review is for the cottage/rental itself.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very basic but adequate overall. Mid-week, after Labor Day, it's very quiet in the complex and on the island. Unlike a hotel, these units have space to play cards, cook food together, and adequate seating to watch tv. There are annoyances-no ice cube trays, bright garish lighting, no lamps in the bedrooms to read by, and you can tell it has gotten a lot of use.,we would never stay here on a weekend before Labor Day. The most important thing is, the price is right. Also, the management is easy to deal with.

The nice folks there recommended the home that was just right for our family. 67 was very nice and clean, plenty of space and nice lot. I would request this one again, would just be nice to see a few dollar store hooks in the bathrooms to hang a towel or washcloth. Staff was attentive and the gentleman that helped us with our golf carts was great. Thanks IC for making our first trip to PIB and great one.

I stayed with my family (ages 3 - 74) and we all had fun. The pool was great, they bring property-rented golf carts to your door, which is convenient. The houses (we rented 2) were not very clean. In the one house, there was no battery in the smoke alarm. Our back patio overlooked an algae pit. It didn't help that it rained much of the time (not the Island Club's fault). OK for a short stay or partying with friends.

Good concept, many problems...

When we arrived we called about this and they sent a young man over with a spray bottle and a wad of paper towels. We ended up cleaning the place ourselves. We also told the manager there was a huge hole in the floor, covered only with carpet, in front of the master bath doorway. It was as big around as a lg. pizza pan!! Her reply was we don't have time to fix it. I asked if they could do something temporary as we were concerned someone may fall through the floor. She said she would bring a board back to lay on top of the carpet. She never returned and never sent anyone down. We had to leap over it the whole time we were there. I thought it was odd that they required a physical credit card to be held by them the whole time. I understand having a copy on file but to actually take our card?Communication with the manager was via cell phone which seemed like a good idea until we realized the phone service was patchy. When I told the mgr I called several times to report a problem she informed me of the service issue and that she only gets about 50% of her calls. I think the concept of this place is good and the location is good but they have a lot of issues to resolve.

Decent place, could use some updates

One window was boarded up, the lock on the front sliding door did not work and the lights and outlets in one bedroom did not work. I don't think it was gone through before we got there, as there were a couple dead bugs on the kitchen counter that probably should have been cleaned up. However, the location was nice and all of us had a good time.
