Lovely, modern townhome located in the heart of Traverse City

Welcome to Eighth Street Townhouse, a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in beautiful Traverse City. We invite you to come and enjoy everything this area has to offer from this lovely and relaxing space. Situated on two floors, this lovely home features modern amenities and is only five minutes from downtown Traverse City. Boasting walkable restaurants and shopping, our home is open and welcome to get you where you need to go. No matter the season, we'll make sure you enjoy everything TC has to offer.

The space
Eighth Street Townhouse is located in a quiet, but central part of Traverse City five minutes from downtown. Newly built, our home features a mix of modern finishes and personal touches to create a tranquil environment to relax and enjoy beautiful Northern Michigan. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with all-seasons duvet and the living room has a pullout couch with a comfortable double mattress inside.

Our home is close to all Traverse City has to offer: beaches, hiking and biking trails, wineries, and more! The townhome is situated to ensure that you have the most relaxing stay and anything you need is at your fingertips.

The house was very clean and welcoming. We had a littke nut of difficulty locking the door. Mostb likely our fault. The remote did not work, I emaiked Erin and she replaced the batteries immediately.

We were attending a family wedding in Traverse City. This townhome wasn't too far from the venue. It was very neat and clean. We really didn't spend too much time there, so I can't comment on the amenities, such as if the kitchen was fully stocked, etc. We really just slept there. It was close to shops and restaurants. The host e-mailed places of interest in the area, along with some of her favorite spots, which was very nice. You do hear some traffic noise at night, but not horrible. Nice, clean house that suited our needs.

Condo is cute and new. It's nicely decorated and has lots of extras-shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion, dish soap, paper towels, kleenex, laundry detergent pods, dryer sheets, Nespresso pods, half and half, sweeteners, salt and pepper. There were also makup remover rounds and Qtips. These extras were a very nice touch! Unit is close to coffee places, a grocery store, and the downtown area. It's located on a fairly busy street, so you do hear some traffic noise but its not bad. There is a sound machine to help block it out. Parking is a bit confusing-spaces are not labeled. Sofa in living room is different than what is pictured here. We'd stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for a getaway! Super close to downtown Traverse City, close to beaches, and within walking distance to some great food and drinks! Erin was a great host, responsive and everything was well kept and provided for us.

Softball Weekend

Perfect location! Clean and NEW townhome

My husband and I were in Traverse City to taste wine, tour the old state psychiatric hospital and enjoy a weekend away. Erin was the perfect host - quickly responding to my messages. She thought of everything to make this rental comfortable for guests. Bedroom is upstairs (as is the bathroom). Downstairs is an open floor plan as described with cute kitchen and sofa bed. Outdoor space is limited yet there’s a cute table and chairs out on the little patio. We appreciated all the extras - foil, ziploc bags, laundry, shampoo/conditioner, etc - ALL the things that make it easy for travelers. Location was just a 5 min drive from downtown Front street. Quiet neighborhood near the civic center park and a bakery. Sound machine in the bedroom was a bonus to help block out any nighttime traffic (minimal) and promote a relaxing sleep. We would book again!

Great location; spotless

Great property in a great location. Spotlessly clean. All amenities included; even aluminum foil and ziplock bags (a personal pet peeve of mine). Check in and out easy. Highly recommend!

Hi, we're Erin and Keith! We have moved around a lot and finally moved to Traverse City in 2021 with our two kids and two dogs and are never planning to leave. We love this area and all it has to offer in terms of outside activities, wineries, and restaurants. We're never bored!

We love to spend time outside and adventure around the world. We love being home, but if we're not, we're likely traveling somewhere we've never been before.

We've always wanted to own a rental, especially here in TC to offer up a cozy and comfortable place to rest while you explore these beautiful peninsulas. We love this area and want to share it with you!

This neighborhood is growing and it's quickly bringing in new housing and new businesses which is awesome. We chose it because it's close to everything and it's also walkable to some amazing local businesses that we love spending time in.

We are dedicated to making somewhere feel like home. It will be comfortable, very clean, and full of amenities. We want you to feel like this is a respite and not somewhere you are just stopping for a moment. Where, although it's a rental, it feels very much like a hotel where everything is taken care of.
