Adorable comfy home!! Stay here and be close to all St Pete has to offer! This home is centrally located to so many great places! This is a beautifully updated home. Hurricane Helene was unkind, but the inside has just been completely renovated. Better than ever! Please feel free to use anything in the home!! (even the wine as my gift and thanks to you for choosing my home) Hurricane Helene left my inside in pretty bad shape back in September but I did get it fixed up and it looks better than ever. Brand new kitchen now with a dishwasher. New sofas, a cute electric fireplace with shiplap and a mantle. New beds and a new King headboard. All new appliances. I haven't switched out the new photos yet, so you will be pleasantly surprised.

Just minutes to Gandy Blvd and the Howard Frankland which makes an easy commute to Tampa, and Beautiful Clearwater and yet minutes away from downtown St. Petersburg and Gulfport! This is located in a convenient area where you can take any direction with easy highway access to downtown St Petersburg, beautiful Clearwater or Tampa Bay area.

Guest access
There is a small driveway behind the home with room for two cars if you pull one into the garage. Additional vehicles can park along the side of the house or in the front, on the grassy area. You need to enter for the first time though the front door which has a code. Large trash barrels in alley behind the home to put your garbage away.

I personally stay in my home often while visiting my son, daughter in-law and grandbabies. So this is a nice one!
