Perfect for families with older children or adults looking for a quiet retreat. Relax in front of the gas fireplace with a good book on the cozy velvet sofa. Minutes to the Quechee Gorge and VINS, and Quechee Ski Hill. 15 minutes to downtown Woodstock, VT and Billings Farm. 20 minutes to downtown Hanover, NH, Dartmouth and the Montshire Museum of Science. Access to the Quechee Club's world-class amenities including 36 holes of golf. Walkable to Lake Pinneo, playground and Murphy's Farm. Home was updated in 2021 for a simple, clean, modern style. The upstairs has the primary bedroom with work space, the full bath with bathtub, and an open (no door, half wall overlooking the living space) loft with two twin beds. Downstairs has a queen bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a 3/4 bath with shower. Lots of closet space. Home has been thoughtfully curated to have all of the basics for an enjoyable stay, including kitchenwares, linens, towels, detergent for washer/dryer, soap/shampoo/conditioner, cleaning supplies, paper goods, games. We have wifi and a frame tv with cable and access to streaming services.

Great place to stay in Quechee Lakes for two couples. This would have been a five star review but for a few things: (1) the advertised dishwasher did not work so we had to do all dishes by hand and the 25 refund we received was inadequate (we asked for 100 or 25/day for four days of hand washing); (2) the stove does not have a hood, something we failed to notice when booking, so cooking anything means smells will travel; and (3) there are not enough mugs for six people to have coffee/tea in the mornings without washing them again before the next day.

Thank you for taking the time to review. I’m sorry your stay did not live up to your expectations. The dishwasher was checked and found to be in good working order. If I had been notified you were having an issue before the last night of your stay I would have gladly had the property manager come assist or provided a larger discount. I provided a 10% discount of the room rate for that night and told you to leave your dirty dishes the next morning. I will happily add more mugs to the collection as I do provide complimentary coffee and tea. I hope you had a great autumn trip to the Quechee Lakes!

This was my first time booking a stay with Vrbo or any other site and, well, it was a great experience!! I just got back from renting this condo for a 7 day stay with some friends for a fall foliage photo trip. From the beginning, Caitlyn was extremely responsive to any questions I had. The condo was great! Good location for us, quiet and comfortable with some nice appointments. Loved the bath towels and bathing soaps. It has a great, up to date, picture frame television! We really didn't watch any TV but was able to mirror our iPhone and iPad to listen to music through the television which is a great touch if you enjoy listening to music as we do. I brought my golf clubs and got to play once at the club. The condo is surrounded by a 36 hole golf club which is a must for any golfer! One of the finest you'll ever play! Many thanks Caitlyn for such a great experience!

Lovely stay in Caitlyn’s home. Beautiful condo with everything you need for a great time. The host was also very helpful when we had to extend our stay due to the snow. Would definitely rent again!

10/10 stay, and would absolutely stay again when returning to the area! Check-in could not be easier, and the home is filled with just about anything you might need. We were very comfortable throughout our stay! We were in the area for work, but repeatedly talked about what a great location this would be to come back with our spouses/families. Would highly recommend!

Lovely clean condo! Excellent location! Close to restaurants, shopping, golf, out door activities. The condo is extremely well stocked with everything one would need. Communication with owner was easy and quick. We felt well taken care of. Will definitely stay again!

Nicely decorated condo in a quiet complex located conveniently near Woodstock and other attractions. It is just as it looks in the pictures. Our host was very responsive with any questions we had. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked.

Super clean and great property

This place was super clean and comfortable. The area was very quiet and well kept. My friend and I enjoyed hanging out in the living area and it was nice to have our own bedroom and bath. Coffee, restaurants, hiking and boutique shopping were all within a 20 minute drive. Thank you for a great stay!
