“Sunset Shores” nestled along the Mississippi River, in a serene neighborhood, just 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis & St. Paul. Our recently updated home offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and cozy comfort. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by sleek design and thoughtful touches that ensure an unforgettable stay. You'll love our amenities, some of which are 4 trail bikes with a backpack cooler for enjoying a picnic lunch and a soaker tub to relax after a great ride. 

Enjoy our newly renovated kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances that make cooking a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or brewing your morning coffee, this space is sure to inspire your inner chef. Included is everything you need for cooking, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. 

We allow a max of 4 guests total. Additional daytime guests are $25 per person/per day and must be pre-approved with the host. 

We prioritize your comfort with Tuft & Needle king mattresses, a rejuvenating soaking tub for bubble baths, and a granola/oatmeal bar to fuel your adventures. 

Relax in the spacious living room overlooking the Mississippi River, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, vinyl record player, and books. We provide complimentary cleaning services before your arrival and ensure that all linens, quilts and towels are washed with unscented detergent after each guest's use. 

When it's time to rest, retreat to one of our two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering a tranquil oasis to recharge after a day of exploring. Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable pillows, a sound machine, diffuser, fan and extra blanket. 

As our guest, you'll enjoy a host of thoughtful amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper for your entire stay—ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish. 

The magic doesn't end indoors. Head outside to soak in the stunning views of the Mississippi River from the comfort of the backyard at Sunset Shores. A gas grill is provided (along with an extra propane tank), available May through October. Whether you're sipping a cup of tea or enjoying a fireside chat under the stars, the serene ambiance is sure to captivate you. 

Ed Wilmes Park is within walking distance, 1 block away, with a playground and basketball hoop. Basketballs are available at the house to use. 

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the garage and/or 4 in the driveway). Conveniently located 15 minutes from local attractions, restaurants, and shops, our home is the ideal home base for your Twin Cities adventure.
