Suitable accommodations for the night near Monterey. Small beds for adults sharing (3 doubles/1 queen) but the place was clean/cozy and convenient.

This property was perfect for a multi-night stay in Monterey. My daughter graduated from CSUMB and this house was located by campus and was able to accommodate all 6 people easily. We enjoyed many meals together and the kids loved the game room set up in the garage. The house is very clean and the layout is perfect! It is much better in person than in pictures. It was only a mile to the beach. Highly recommended!

We came for a wedding and had 6 others with us so it was just enough room bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. We cooked dinner one night and breakfast every morning. Plenty of room in the kitchen and dining area all the supplies were bought at Walmart just 3 blocks from the house. Just to keep things more economical for everyone being we all came from the east coast. The only thing that we wished they had at the house was a bbq grill. The host was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would probably stay again if we needed.

Hi Thanks for taking time to leave a review. Just wanted give you little bit more info on towels. Our cleanIng leaves enough towels for guests. Seems like you stayed longer, so you may have run out because of your bigger group. We offer free washer, dryer as well as laundry detergents for free. I think you may have missed to see it. But its there. I wish you would have reached to me. Thbak

House was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and was close to Monterey and Santa Cruz. Was clean and was well stocked with many amenities. Had an issue with the refrigerator and BJ had it replaced within hours of my call. Thank you for your prompt response.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the dining table was big enough for the number of people the house sleeps, the bedrooms were a comfortable size, and we enjoyed the decor.

Malfunction on the shower was never brought up by you or any other guests untill i see your review here. I wish you had let us know while you were there. A lovely home. Plenty of room for our family. Very comfortable beds and good size bedrooms. They provide a great selection of tea and coffee which was nice. The patio was great for coffee in the morning and relaxing In the evening.

Perfect overnight stay in the Monterey area

Spacious home and safe feeling neighborhood. We were only there for a night but the drive over to Monterey in the morning was perfect!
