There is an open closet off the dining room that has a full-size washer and dryer. You are welcome to utilize this during your stay. Parking is located in an open lot that is shared with others in the complex. The door to the apartment complex is not locked, but your personal apartment has a smart lock and keypad to it.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
