Tessoro, Design Award Winning al final de Las Conchas

Tessoro está maravillosamente situado en el extremo oriental aislada de Las Conchas, lejos del ruido de la música de voladura fuertes y los fuegos artificiales ruidosos que es gran parte de la playa de arena y el Mirador y centros de la ciudad. Hay un ascensor privado para cada uno de 4 torres de condominios que constituyen el edificio. Es un diseño único para Puerto Peñasco.
Pisos de mármol travertino en todo con un diseño de la estrella al salir del ascensor desde el garaje subterráneo o desde la zona del vestíbulo si viene desde la zona de la piscina o la playa. Todas las comodidades y más de la casa. Hay una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal, otro rey cama en el segundo dormitorio con una cama King en el tercer dormitorio y un sofá cama en el salón con capacidad para 8 personas.
El tercer dormitorio tiene un acceso al balcón a la playa oriental de vistas del amanecer. Hay dos sillas y una mesa en el balcón.

El patio principal tiene una parrilla de gas propano, un fregadero y muebles cómodos.

La cocina gourmet cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y prácticamente todo lo necesario para preparar sus comidas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha separada, doble lavabo y una zona de baño privado con una puerta.

Numerosas piezas de arte originales da esta propiedad un ambiente muy sofisticado, elegante en un entorno cómodo acogedor.
El último proyecto Resort Apartamentos en Puerto Peñasco, increíblemente hermosa y lejos de las multitudes de Sandy Beach y el centro. Libre de fuegos artificiales ... NO ruido de fuegos artificiales, explosiones, música alta, etc.

Amazing location and service. This place is more than what you can see in the pictures, it is fully equipped, it is excellent for family time, it close for any restaurant and stores. And the services provided by the staff is really good.

We could not have had a better family vacation! The property and view was amazing!! We saw dolphins right outside of the patio multiple days on our trip. We had a masseuse come and give us massages right on our patio overlooking the ocean and there was plenty to do with the beach all to ourselves (and our dog) the entire trip! Would definitely stay here again and again!

DOG HAIR ON BEDS. POOR COMMUNICATION FROM OWNER

I have stayed at Tessoro for the for years; this was my first time renting condo 703 and I was disappointed. The first day of our trip was cleaning the condo. The beds had a huge amount of dog hair on all sheets, comforters and pillowcases We had to strip the sheets from all beds and use our own. The bathrooms had urine stains all over the toilets and noticeable hair around the seat. It seemed the condo had not been properly cleaned in a while. The fridge had a horribly strong fish smell. When I tried to communicate with the owner, I was greeted with condescending remarks instead of an answer to my question. I love Tessoro and cannot say enough good things about the onsite staff and outdoor facilities. I will continue to stay at Tessoro and would recommend the resort, but you will be doing a lot of self-cleaning to the whole condo if you stay in 703.

Quick Trip Before Daughter Leaves for College!

Absolutely beautiful! The beach was right outside the door and the view from the condo was amazing! We cooled down in the pool each night after a long day in the sun. Bill was extremely helpful, giving us great advice for our first trip to Rocky Point! He was so responsive during our time there, hands down will book this condo again!

Remote paradise

I loved being away from everything. We often had the beach to ouselves. The condo was nicely equipped with everything we needed. When I didnt get check in info, I reached out to the owner, and while he was quickly responsive, I did not find him very hospitable. The building is mostly empty and the pool furniture is dated, but we still had a lovely stay.

Beautiful views and relaxing

This unit never disappoints! Clean and adequate supplies without having to request additional. Nice and comfortable patio for relaxing and taking in the sights. The hurricane damaged the beach area but it's still the cleanest beach in the area.

Amazing Get Away

The condo was very up scale and had beautiful features. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony and breath taking views. The beach was very clean with soft sand and a sea shell collector's paradise. We enjoyed how much the beach changed with the tides, it would recede far back revealing lots of tidal pools with interesting sea treasures to be discovered. We visited the fish market place and had a great dinner there but did most of our meals back at the condo. We haven't been to Rocky Point for 20 + years so we had lots of fun rediscovering this vacation spot. We definitely plan on returning this year for more fun in the sun.

Condo is beautiful inside and the beds are comfortable, all the conveniences of home. Loved sitting out on the deck, absolutely beautiful view. Tessoro is so quiet and peaceful, perfect family spot. Now that there is Chuy's Restaurant (absolutely delicious), Rocky's Pizza and a Six convenience store in Las Conchas, you don't have to drive into RP for those evening food or snack cravings. LOL!

Beautiful condo, views, beach

Wish the property itself had a restaurant/pool service because we didn’t want to leave the serenity to go into the chaos of Rocky point for a meal out. Otherwise it was fantastic we enjoy being a little more off grid, lovely to walk the beach with rarely another soul insight:)

Resort style condo

A lovingly kept condo with gorgeous views and plenty of room for two families with kids. The beachfront access was perfect and we enjoyed the privacy of the location. Cooking experience was excellent overall, well stocked, although some cooking oil and foil would have been even better. Everything was spotless, the furnishings were very comfortable, one king bed was firmer than the others. Absolutely great experience and would stay here again.

Puerto Penasco Wedding

The condo was amazing very clean and inviting. The pool and spa area was also very nice. The common areas are not complete and are a construction area. There was also an issue with the elevators not working and had to climb stairs on 2 occasions. Also some people do not clean up after their dogs so there was quite a bit of dog feces in an area in the back.

Magnificent condo away from the crowds

We visit Puerto Penasco two to three times a year for almost 10 years now and this condo did not disappoint! We were greeted by Gaspar and he helped us get situated. The condo has high end furnishings and nicely appointed with more than enough of everything for the six of us. One bed was firm and others appeared to be pillow top with multiple pillows. The R/O system was working fine although we preferred to bring water as well as all our own food, drink and condiments. Rarely is there a grill available at condo units, but this unit has a nice big propane grill that made our cooking go smoothly. The weather was beautiful; the pool, hot tub and beach were wonderful and security made you feel at home (unlike Sandy Beach area). The steps down to the beach are tricky, but it appeared the contractors were scraping a path adjacent to the pool backside for easier beach access. We have a handful of units we revisit and this is now on our list. You won’t be disappointed as Bill responds quickly to any questions during your visit.

Perfect

This property was very clean and a perfect location for traveling with teens. The cove on the backside of the property offered a place for the kids to use ATVs and side-by-side’s. The kids had a blast. The nice part was you couldn’t hear the noise inside the unit. Manuel who manages the property is so helpful as is the security person Gasper. Gasper ordered the ATV’s and they were delivered to us. Bill was easy to get ahold of and answered any questions I had promptly. It was a convenient trip into town for dinner and groceries. I would highly recommend it.

We love the location.

Well furnished and maintained unit. Excellent wifi and television cable options for the down times. We loved the balcony views front and back. The main balcony is quite large with plenty of room to dine outside and lots of comfy chairs to enjoy the stellar views looking out to the Sea of Cortez and down the beach.

Spectacular condo and views. It wasn't as clean as we would have expected. Bedspreads should be washed and there were not enough extra blankets, It would have been nice to locate a broom to sweep up what cleaning person missed. Stairwell was very dirty and full of trash. Possibly because of spring break there were very loud partiers in hot tub and area way past 10 pm. Also the sand buggies were tearing up the hill behind building all hours of the day and night! I would try it again but maybe not around spring break. We expected spring breakers to stay in town!!

The condo its' self is beautiful. Very well supplied with all you would need. The outside of the property not so much. We arrived in the middle of a windy storm which did not allow us to see the piece of metal sticking up a the entrance. We had a flat tire before we even entered the parking garage. Ricardo the property manager that night called a friend and he fixed our flat for a price of course. The electricity went out twice because of the storm. The two following days were nice and quiet . Saturday and Sunday very noisey. It was nice enough weather to have the doors open and enjoy the nice balcony. The beach became a race track for vehicles and side by sides. Also a local family decided to enjoy the hot tub, pool, and BBQ both days. They were not loud or roughty but did own one of the side by sides it seems. The police were called on Sunday and that seem to chase off the other vehicles. We know that Las Conchas is a nicer area of Rocky Point. We have been going to Rocky Point for years. We could see that not enough of the condos are filled to help pay for the exterior up keep. Too bad. That's Mexico

We bought this property because we have always loved this end of the Las Conchas beach for its seclusion, peacefulness and the lack of crowds that have become the norm at Sandy Beach, the Mirador area and downtown. It is marvelously quiet with none of the firework noise associated with other parts of Rocky Point. From the 7th floor you have panoramic views to the East of the estuary and LaJolla and the sunrises. To the West you have the Sunsets, Sea of Cortez, the pool, spa and fitness center.

We chose this location for the proximity to Tucson where we live full time and the ease of being able to decide at the last minute to jump in the car and 4 hours later can be on one of the most pristine beaches in the world.

***RECENTLY WE HAVE BANNED ATV'S, QUADS, RHINOS, AND ANY AND ALL OTHER MOTORIZED VEHICLES OTHER THAN NORMAL CARS, TRUCKS, ETC., FROM TESSORO. THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
This will make for a much more peaceful, serene and tranquil visit for all those that enjoy that aspect of Tessoro.

It feels like you are on your own private island it is so quiet and peaceful.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You can come here and never want to leave! It is so easy to just never get into your car once you arrive. It is a great place to walk my dogs and not have to worry about dozens of other dogs being around. We can have cocktails or wine on the patio or go down to the pool area and socialize depending upon what strikes our fancy at the moment. If you want privacy it is certainly available and if you want to socialize that is also easily done.
