The space
Enjoy the best of Florida with a "Modern Topical" interior design. The home is newly renovated and very spacious with 4 Beds/2 Full Baths, a total of 1800 sq.ft. Located on a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood close to the Historic Riverfront town of Stuart. Just a short 5 min drive to lots of restaurants with live music, shopping, historic Lyric Theatre, breweries, wine bars & tons of outdoor events throughout the year. There is a Free trolley that can take you around town, just jump on and off. Jensen Beach is 13 min and Stuart Beach is 15 min. Many stores within 5 min for essentials.
If you desire boating and fishing, there are launching areas and boat rentals just minutes from the house. Enjoy the sandbar areas and amazing blue water beaches that are minutes away and you can enjoy some of the popular activities like snorkeling and surfing. There is a movie theater, bowling, billiards, pinball arcade, Sailfish splash park within 5-10 min.
PGA National golf course is a short 25 min drive. West Palm Beach airport is 50 min and Disney is just 2 hours away.

Once you enter, you are Welcomed by the view of the Pool and the Lake in a private fenced backyard. The Backyard is the Best Part!!!! You will want to head right outside and enjoy the solar heated pool and lounge around in a float or on a comfy chair in the shade from the awning or umbrella, while watching the birds and wildlife in the lake. Lots of birds fly in and rest there overnight and there are amazing sunsets.

Inside, there are large windows to let lots of light in. Many places to sit and hang out. The perfect home to stay entertained with many games, and ping pong to make many memories while you hang out with your favorite people.

Family Room: There is a 65” smart tv with streaming apps that you can see from the main living space whether you are in the kitchen, dining room or in the FL room. A sectional sofa with some pillows and a throw offers a relaxing spot to watch a movie or read a book.

Florida Room: Has a small sofa with a table that raises to become a workspace or have a snack and a ping pong table and games are waiting for you to make lots of fun memories.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen has the latest appliances, fully equipped with utensils, cooking utensils, pots/pans, storage containers, baking items, plates/glasses, etc., water filtration, Keurig and all the items that a full kitchen should have. You are welcome to complementary coffee, sugar, spices, snacks, etc. Cleaning products available. Lots of seating at the large island for everyone to gather and enjoy your favorite meal.

Office/Workspace: If you need to work or send out a few emails, use the high speed WiFi from the desk in the main family room area, or the main bedroom or use the coffee table that lifts up to be a work station-pens and note paper included.

Main bedroom: King size bed and a 55in smart tv with a view of the pool and lake. There is also a desk for work or a quick email with a wireless charger for Phone/Airpod/Watch. A full bath is off this room with a tub/shower, newly renovated with modern amenities. Two Large closets and a full length mirror. Ceiling fan and Blackout shades and blinds.

Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, 55" smart tv, ceiling fan, 2 nightstands with drawers, table lamps, blackout cordless blinds and a large closet. There is a renovated full bath with a walk in shower that includes shampoo/conditioner/shower gel as well as hand soap, washcloths, hand & bath towels.

Bedroom #3: Queen bed, ceiling fan, 2 nightstands with drawers, table lamps, blackout cordless blinds and a large closet and full length mirror.

Bedroom #4: The Bunk room offers 4 single bunks for the kids to enjoy and hangout. There is plenty of storage to keep the room tidy and blackout shades and cordless blinds so everyone can sleep in!

Laundry Room: Full size washer and dryer with detergent for your use during your stay.

Beach: There are so many beaches that are only 10 min away. Four beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys are available in the shed.

Towels: Beach towels are available for use at the pool and the beach, just make sure to bring them back for other guests.

Games: Bag toss, ladder toss, badminton, ping pong and board games are available. Also, some pool floats, noodles and floating basketball.

Grill: Is available on the patio, just make sure there is enough gas before grilling and cover it again when cool. As we try to keep the propane full, we ask to refill on a good faith basis.

Fire Pit: Perfect for the cooler while hanging out after sundown. just make sure there is enough gas and cover it again when cool. Refill on a good faith basis. (not avail June-Aug)

Ambiance: Once the night falls, there are colorful landscaping lights and string lights in back that will go on at dusk for four hours to enjoy the beautiful nightly breezes and sunsets. There are tiki torches and a seasonal fire pit that you can enjoy into the night. You can walk around the block and watch the amazing sunsets, you might even see a dolphin or two.

Parties: We do NOT allow parties or events. The maximum capacity of the home is 10 and that is all that will be allowed. Only paying occupants are allowed on the property unless permission has been given prior to the booking.

Pets: We allow up to two well behaved pets and charge $75 per pet, per stay. Please reach out before booking for any additional pets over 2, we do make exceptions. Bowls/beds are available per request. Plenty of dog/pet friendly beaches and restaurants are near by too!

Parking: A large driveway can accommodate about 4-5 cars. You can bring your boat or Rv depending on the space and size. No overnight parking allowed on the street overnight.

Maintenance: The lawn is cut once a week. Pool cleaned once a week. We like to keep the pool vacuum in from 9am-5pm to guarantee it will be clean for everyone.

Garbage: Picked up on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Recycling goes out on Friday only! Please bring the garbage to the end of the street at the end of your stay. (to the right of driveway/left of mailbox)

Cameras: We trust our quests and want you to make yourself at home without feeling “watched”. Please respect the neighbors.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house, pool, small lake and the fenced backyard.
*There is an owners closet inside and the garage is locked and used for owner storage.
Other things to note:
We use environmentally friendly cleaners. There are recycling containers and bins. The water from the fridge and separate water filter at the sink saves on plastic water bottles. There are a couple coolers for you to use in the laundry room for the beach or on the patio. Some bug spray and sun screen is available as well. Dog/pet beds and bowls are available.
