It's just a few minutes' walk to downtown with all the shops, bars, and restaurants or a short drive to the Lake. We have 3 King beds and two daybeds! Comfort and spacious in a southwestern style at the best FAMILY location in town! Just a few turns and 1 mile from the lake, and only two blocks from downtown with all its activities and shops.

Located near the top of a hill in a quiet cul-de-sac with no neighbors behind, there are no worries about 'partying neighbors'; get ready to relax! VIEWS to Lake Havasu in 2 directions. Three parking locations: a 70' driveway on the west side, a 35' garage driveway, and a 40' side parking space for your boat, RV, or sand toys.

Experience the unique style found in only a few homes in this area. From the hand-carved viga poles in the vaulted living area to the knotty alder trim or our large Arizona fully screened patio, you will have an experience you will remember for years. Our open living, dining, and kitchen areas provide the most relaxing environment for your family's stay. Whether you and your guests are preparing a meal, lounging by the beehive-style fireplace, or watching the lake views out the front window, you can easily share your experience without walls to limit your enjoyment.

In the bedrooms, you will find even more style with the Southwestern furniture carefully selected from the surrounding areas. We have everything from customized beds that look like they came from an 1890 Spanish home to rough-carved mirrors from Mexico to armoire cabinets hand-bent in Sedona.

Each bedroom is slightly different to give each guest a unique experience. The second bedroom has a beautiful wood and metal accented King bed that allows you to have great lake views from your bed. The third bedroom has a King bed with light southwestern finishes. Of course, the Main has a huge King Bed and dresser that look just like one did many years ago. A double closet is also found in the master area to provide plenty of room for anyone's wardrobe, even if you stay for months.

What would a main suite be without a fantastic shower? Well, we have that also in our large sliding glass door shower.

Jacuzzi heating may be added for an extra fee per day of stay when requested at the time of booking for scheduled heating. Unless otherwise requested, the heater begins at 5:30 pm and goes through 10:30 pm.

The property has security cameras on the exterior and in the garage for safety. There are no cameras used inside the home.

Lake Havasu has made a name for itself nationally with the annual car shows and boat and jet ski races. At the end of the day, you can either go downtown for great food or go home to an amazing place to enjoy peace, quiet, and the stars. In case you didn't know, Lake Havasu City has very few 'light polluting' streetlights in the neighborhoods, which allows you excellent nighttime star viewing.

You are in the middle of a desert but at 'an oasis' with a vast lake. There is a laid-back atmosphere, watersports, great food, friendly people, and no stress. Launching your boat on a weekend is the most stressful thing you may endure. Weekdays are very slow-paced, with most of the lake to yourself on many days.

Palm trees, unique, beautiful houses, gently winding roads, and cacti are common locally. Our neighborhood and specific location were selected to emphasize all these yet provide fast access to the lake and downtown. We looked at many homes before we found this excellent, restored, and updated to its modern yet rustic style. This is our vacation home, we hope to share it with you and your guests.
