The Room was VERY Clean - all updated with a Nice Bathroom and Shower. Perfect Studio. Great location off of Southern Blvd, Close to Turnpike and I95, 5 minutes from Airport and downtown. Only 10 min. to Wellington Mall or Tanger Outlets. GREAT LOCATION.This was our first time at this location - - Great for the Price! - - Host was extremely polite and helpful! - We would stay here again! Thank you!

Stayed here for a week, perfect place to look around West Palm. Great communication, very clean, and easy check in/out! Totally recommend for an easy stay.

Very convenient

Very close to both the airport and relatives, our host Juan was very responsive to any questions, concerns or needs we had. Very new and clean studio. A couple of extra pillows would be a plus.

Thank you for helping us with accessing the room. I would recommend, however, maybe have some coffee pods to accompany your coffee maker and wash cloths for showers would also be useful as well.

Great for a Quick Stay

It's small but sufficient. Know ahead of time there is no smoke detector, fire suppresion or window. Bed is very low to floor (not ideal for us older people)Host is fantastic and very easy to work with.

I booked this room as I was going to a concert at the amphitheater and needed something close by… it was a perfect choice for myself as I went alone. Check in and finding the place was super easy, very clean and comfortable room.. no complaints and the host even let me check in a little earlier which I greatly appreciate it! I’ll definitely choose to stay again for future concerts!

No windows. No thermostats to control temp. Shower didn’t drain either so it had to be a really quick shower or you would flood the bathroom. Pretty ghetto area too

Comfy Studio

Fair pricing with no frills; studio was clean/functional and as described in the listing. Host was also very responsive and considerate! They're forthright with you- it's a modest room in a small neighborhood with some level of air traffic, but bring earplugs and you'll be perfectly comfy for a short stay.

Simple Room

We just needed a place to sleep since we were visiting family. This met that need and it was definitely worth the price. We didn't have any issues with plane noise as mentioned in a previous review. The bed was very comfortable and the space was clean. Just worth a mention there are no windows but that is probably good for the planes overhead. There are no chairs so being in the space for long periods might not be ideal. Fold up chairs such as camp chairs would fit and make that work.

Burnt Popcorn

From the moment you pull up you start 2nd guessing staying here . Clutte everywhere. I opened the door to the stench of byrnt popcorn and it got worse from there . Upon opening the freezer i ffind a half eaten McDonald's sundae . None of the ipper cabinets opened full because they hit the sofit above so getting things out was an adventure. Dirty outlet covers and shampoo so old it was separting in the dispenser on the wall . Sound horrible diesnt it , well imagine waking up to the sound of a dryer thumping at 8am and when i opened the kuereg to make coffee there was an old pod in there . I placed my pod in hut power and cup amount and guess what , the coffe maker didnt work ! Stay somewhere else because this place has no windiws or even a 2nd exit , if there was a fure blocking the door youre dead . Im sure the smoke detector sitting on the counter may save you but smoke rises .

Beautiful inside, but not out side

I was not pleased with my stay here. I wish I could upload the photos. First of all the communication was lacking. I called early because my 81 year-old dad and I had just got off the boat from a cruise. We were exhausted so I wanted to find the place before it got dark. I called the manager and was just asking about how to get in, even when I told him that we were tired and I just want to know where it was he kept telling me that I should have read the instructions online not really something you wanna hear when you’re exhausted from a three day cruise with a elderly dad . He did, however, let us check in early, which was honestly the only plus of the entire stay. The exterior look like somebody’s house that they had storage all over it. They were ants as you walk into the threshold the door lock was very difficult to maneuver. I had to call several times until he finally had to open it from his phone. All of this, I could probably have dealt with better if the host has simply listened to me when I said we were not trying to access the property early. I simply wanted to find it before it got dark and he just kept reiterating that I should’ve read the website, which honestly wasn’t even helpful . Address on site is 4616. The actual address was 4615 and really the easiest way to access that apartment is turning right on guava after you see 4615. I was so disappointed that my dad and I went to the movies and we checked out before 8:00 AM the next day.
