Getting to know you

We had a wonderful time getting to know Lodi better. The house is easy walking distance to restaurants, wineries, and shops. We also had the opportunity to hang out with friends without other distractions! Very special time!

We came into town to visit some of our favorite wineries. The location was perfect for this. A beautiful quiet street, gorgeous porch, very comfortable and lovely furniture. All in all a great stay! We hope to go again in the not so distant future and bring some friends. Thanks Debbie!

This place is great! It’s very central, super walkable to all of the downtown shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is super cute. The house was clean and comfortable. My group of three cooked the first night and there was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided. The owners are next door and communicative, but not intrusive. One of the beds did seem larger, so my group (three gals) rotated the smaller bed (would still fit two, just not quite as spaciously) so we each got a night to ourselves. I would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay

Everything about this home is wonderful. Comfy beds, nice kitchen, and plenty of space to lounge! We were a family of 6 and Debbie was so accommodating! She brought a blow up mattress for our grandkids to sleep on and had it all set up for our late arrival! She always leaves a little treat for us upon arrival. I’ve lost count of the number of times we’ve stayed here. The property is in a nice quiet (and safe) location! We’ll see you again, Debbie!

Our new favorite place to stay when visiting the beautiful Lodi wine country. Convenient, within walking distance, to great coffee spots and dinner places.

Adorable

My family and I stayed spent 5 nights at this adorable place. The entire stay was easy and fabulous. The house is cozy and clean. The location was great for our 6 year old because it was 1 block from a nice park.Our only issue which was easily remedied was the air freshener that was plugged in was overwhelming and actually made me a bit ill the first day. We unplugged it and opened the door and problem solved. I suggest if you are sensitive to air fresheners to let Debbie know ahead of time. We would not let it stop is from renting again.Thanks for the great stay.

Delightful and comfortable stay!

This sweet little property was perfect for my husband, adult son and I to stay during Christmas celebrating with our Lodi family. It's perfect walking location to downtown made it extra special to enjoy my beautiful hometown. The home is well appointed with everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Best overall in our book for rental stays! Thank you for your attention to detail. It was a very nice time for all of us!

Another Great Stay

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood! We have stayed here before and have another visit booked in March. Debbie is a great host with excellent communication. Comfy beds and white glove cleanliness. It is always perfect for our family. Just minutes from downtown Lodi, which is such a quaint little community. Thanks again, Debbie! You never disappoint!

The Perfect Place!

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, extremely nice spot with all the amenities near downtown Lodi, this is the place! Absolutely gorgeous inside & out and the location is perfect. Owner lives nearby and was very responsive any time we had a question or needed something. Highly recommended!!

Comfortable and convenient with excellent location

The house is a short walk to town, well appointed, comfortable and very convenient. The Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Perfect for a weekend getaway and centrally located to wineries.

Lovely Lodgings

We enjoyed the comforts of this beautiful home. It was peaceful and relaxing. Comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen with dishes, pot and pans. Great coffee provided. Debbie and Michael couldn't be better hosts. We will be back the next time I am home in Lodi.

An amazing place! This is a beautiful, fully restored lovely property. Great back patio and front porch are perfect for enjoying the cool mornings and evenings. Easy walk to downtown. This is definitely a repeat.

Wonderful Stay

We were so thrilled with everything about our stay! Debbie was so accommodating. We arrived late in the evening so she had lights turned on for us and air conditioning was on so we could come in from the high temps and immediately feel refreshed. This is an older home that has been totally updated and is furnished with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable. The home is within a short drive to downtown, which is both quaint and friendly! Wouldn’t have changed a thing! Debbie, thank you so much for your patience through our long journey to get there. We hope to stay at your home each time we come to Cali to visit our kids and grandkids!

One of the best places we’ve stayed at! A+

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean and comfortable rental. It had all the amenities of home, and we felt very safe in this established neighborhood. Our host was fantastic - great communication, and she went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for a fragrance-free environment. Thank you! Quiet location

Cute house! Loved the front porch! Nice, new appliances. Felt safe. Owners are friendly. We would stay here again. Does need cutting boards, though. They had something they might consider a cutting board, but it was too nice to use & because it was unsealed wood, it would have stained too easily.

Definite Home Away From Home

Loved this home! We were traveling with friends for our first trip to San Francisco and the wine country. We spent the first 2 days in Lodi Valley and Debbie’s home was perfect! Very easy to get to the wineries and downtown area! The home was very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen…can tell it is well loved! Since traveling with another couple, there was ample room to hang out together, yet had our own privacy. Check in was easy and well explained, which was great due to air flight delays and we arrived late and tired! Would definitely recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again!

Property was nice. Parking on Sunday was not good. Event was going on no place to park in front of house. Shower door knob in Master bathroom kept falling off needs to be fixed. Overall nice place to stay.
